I have two fractured vertebrates about the middle of my back, which causes a lot of pain and discomfort. The muscles get in huge knots. At home my heating pad helps tremendously. But at work I’m stuck dealing with the pain. I’m a CNA, so I’m on my feet a lot. Any suggestions for pain relief while at work? It would be greatly appreciated! 🙏🏼 Btw- I will try these stretches. And I absolutely love your videos!

Thank u Dr. I hv been diagnosed for disc bulge/slipped Disc. But my serious problem is chronic pain from middle back to lower back and side ribs while sleeping. I can only sleep for 30mins on either side and keep flipping sides and lose sleep everyday. Cannot slip on my back at all. Also when I get up from the bed, it takes some time to sit or stand without pain. May I request you to please help me with exercises that can help me over come this problem in the night? Thank u

I just did this routine with your video. I have a neuromuscular disease and Ankylosing spondylitis. I stretch throughout the day but it doesn’t matter how much I stretch -relief never lasts long. My muscles are always tight and painful. The only relief I get that lasts a little longer is getting my body manually stretched out by my Chiro (really painful but helpful). I just can’t force myself to stretch as much as I need.
I'm really wondering why the view counter increases so slowly... I'm doing this routine on a nearly daily basis for months now and it is perfect :-) Thanks a lot for your efforts, this really is very helpful in my daily life!
