Thank you so much! I did some yard work yesterday and woke up barely able to move. I did this video and feel so much better. No more back pain.

Thank you for this stretching. I've been feeling lazy to move for the past 2 years and I know I need to listen to my body. That was a good sweat. Thank you!

wow, yer good!!!! thanks so much, I just found you..yer explanations are excellent , and overall presentation is soft and calming..as an OT that cared for my mom for 3 years post stroke until she passed, I wish I had had your guidance to keep myself together as I knowingly lifted my struggling mom in and out of bed with a catheter and moved her around while she was in a recliner!!!..you should consider addressing caregivers on their journey thru helping loved ones!! call it "caring for the caregiver" or "new mom exercises" ..so many areas..you have a great on screen presence for helping others!!! more, moira in texas

I do like these moves for the morning to get the blood moving! ❤That last exercise is a love / hate relationship. But if there's no challenge....there's no change.

Thank you so much for this video. My problem is I don’t know when to breathe out or in unless I’m told. I love well and good and i loved your videos. It helps that you are a physical therapist too. I will be tuning in for sure.

Really nice way to start the day - but you really should have given the two-feet bridge as an option from the off. I know that the single leg version is a no no for me, but for less experienced viewers they could easily put huge strain on their lower back tackling this single leg version out the gate!?

Great routine, enjoyed it, thanks. Just the beat in the background felt disturbing - was it necessary?

Is it essential to wear a bikini top? I can't do these exercises. I don't own a bikini top.
