You have the most stunning drives in New Zealand and yet you appreciated The Great Ocean Road . I think you are the most laid back beautiful people . Keep up the great videos you do !
Lovely and cheers me up on this sad day in the Uk as the late Queen has her funeral. Brings back happy memories as I drove from Adelaide via the Great Ocean Road to Melborne back in 2000. Thanks for posting From Devon in the UK
So excited that you two are exploring the are exploring the area I grew up and live. Fun fact that you might not know about the lighthouse in Anglesea is that where they filmed the 90s Aussie kids show "Round the Twist". Hope you enjoy your time here and looking forward to part 2
The views & Footage 😍 breathtaking scenery yes i think this journey will look beautiful which ever season you travel 😜 The small towns look so pretty 😍 . You could stop at any of those points. Just watch the waves coming in & out ❤️ Looking forward to to your next part of the Journey 😜 . Hows Nalu doing ? Have a Great weekend 🥰🥰
Had to pause the video at the mention of the zip coaster and watched a video of it and thought it looked like fun. Glad Stacey took the chance and had fun. The rest looked like lots of fun too. Thanks for sharing some things to do besides drive along and eat although it is well worth just that.
That rollercoaster that's not a rollercoaster looked epic. It would shoot right up to the number 1 spot on my bucket list if I was planning a trip there! I also loved the concept of a ball pit in a suspended cargo net. When I was at uni, a local soft play area (that was an epic soft play area) used to do 'student night' on Tuesdays and I loved it, but the ball pits always grossed me out, especially knowing tiny humans had been playing in them, and goodness knows how long ago it was all cleaned. Anything gross can just fall through the net at this place! 👍
So true! Having the pit in the suspended netting made it feel super clean and fresh, though we were having such silly fun I think we would have launched in there either way
After the epic road trip in Victoria, perhaps consider a Southern Right Whales watch at the bays along The Great Australian Bight in South Australia during Whale Season from May to October. We took scenic Flight and boat cruise today, and saw lots whales with their calves, it was a magical experience, such gentle creatures.
Nice vid, didnt see enough of Lorne as much as I would have liked too, lived there many years back...should've travelled in summer guys, it goes off especially with the falls concert over NYE
Harriet and I have been. A great choice The Great Ocean Drive. We drove it during the Aussie Summer . Late December, Early January. It brings back so many great memories guys. Can't wait to see what you saw in the next video. Great job as always, Sending you lots of love to Dane, Stacey and Nalu 😍😍😍 from Jim, Harriet and Yuki. Richmond, Va.
We did this trip last December so it was interesting to see/hear you take. on it. One of the craziest things we saw on this trip was a guy riding a penny farthing UP a hill. Honestly if the car cameras hadn't captured it I would have thought I was seeing things.
This seems to be a very nice place, I hope I can visit sometime in the future. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much! And please keep up the great job! Subscribed!!
That zipline looked aaaamazzing!!! I've gone ziplining in Costa Rica and Roatan Island, Honduras. Fun times but none had twists and turns like this place you went to. Stunning views on the drive! Looking forward to the next vlog! 😎
When you ome back to new zealand can you guys got to timaru- Te Maru? Timaru is such a good place to be in the south island....Even with the best bay and C-bay or Caroline bay[a swimming place for kids]
there are loads of good food it is true - and yes, an official food trail! did you find the ice creamery in timboon? and Apostle Whey Cheese has some of the best blue cheese I ever had... either way I hope you had good weather
We did go to Timboon! Not sure if you were one of the recommendations on Instagram but there was a few and it was totally worth the stop! Whisky & ice cream for breakfast!
I'm a big scardey cat too, but I would absolutely do that zip wire! The whole place looked like so much fun! Course I'll never get to go there as its in Oz and I'm too too scared of spiders to even dream of going there! 🕷️🕷️🕷️
By the way, may I know which month of the year were you both doing this Great Ocean Road trip? Also, I see under your footnote that the drone footages were not yours, due to the fact that there were restrictions. You mean, we are not allowed to fly our drones on Great Ocean Road trip? Thank you in advance for the answers to my questions.😊
This was in August and was quiet and reasonable weather! Yeah unfortunately a lot of Aus and New Zealand have strict drone rules so there were lots of places I couldn't fly. Some of the shots are mine from the more isolated or random beaches, but definitely not from the main hubs
Hi there-- i am planning my easter trip to do the great ocean road trip. Noticed that you took your rental from airport. May i know what rental company did you use? thank you in advance
Beautiful part of Victoria……did this trip in 2017….had a nightmare time at Lochard Gorge….I had a very upset stomach….and nowhere to go…..snakes in the bush……and very few toilets, note to self, do not ever eat a chicken take away lunch from a cafe in Apollo Bay….first one on the right, I think I added another apostle……it was an interesting trip….
Might sound weird but I actually had to stop and think about this as well. Because in my head it's most definitely not boo like something out of an Usher song, but it started as beautiful / babe and got shortened and now I think it actually is just ended up as boo but not really something we consciously think about... but I am now haha, yuck!
Indeed worth the stop. The view of the iconic Bells Beach surf and coastline is stunning@@DanegerAndStacey Hopefully next time. Travel safe and enjoy 👍

I've got a huge smile on my face!!
You two are the best!!!! Thank you so much for the videos.
Yay!
It’s weird I’ve been to all the small towns on the ocean road a million times but looks so different when filmed in winter
It's always a little strange watching somewhere you know on camera huh?!
That's because you watched it in first person, i think you didn't watched whole area at a same time so it feels weird
your podcasts are really good, just the right commentary without any dribble

THANK YOU
There's something about this age group that's just.... vile
It's the age of exceptionalism
Once you've picked out the cliches (like picking bones out of a herring) you're left with zero substance

Nalu is great, he stays with Stacey's parents while we're away (he loves it there, and them!) so he's well looked after but woooow do we miss him!
