Of course - this gives a bit more info. You can see koalas after only about 10 mins of walking if you’re lucky - www.greatoceanroadaustralia.org/the-kennett-river-koala-walk/
Love this video! I am doing my bucket list trip to NZ and Australia later this year and have three days booked to do the Great Ocean Road in December. I will be following your itinerary pretty closely, can’t wait. Great job!!
Great video. Thanks for sharing. We start our great ocean road adventure tomorrow so this video is perfect! New subscriber here :) I’ll also be filming the adventure!
Hi Luke, yes we did 3 nights. It was ideal for us, didn’t feel too rushed at all. It’s possible to do it all in a day, so 3 feels like the perfect amount of time.
Settlers bring pigs. Pigs have piglets. Aboriginals see piglets and don't have a word for them. Aboriginals then create a word to describe what they are seeing. Make sense?
@@carmody90 @carmody90 so Aboriginals were in Australia for 45,000-65,000 years, yet they wait until settlers bring pigs into Australia before they name the 12 apostles? Sounds to me like the 'piglet' name isn't true. I'm sure they had a name for it before settlers arrived. make sense?
@@carmody90 and I was right. I just researched it and English sailor George Bass named it "Sow and Piglets”, the sow being Mutton Bird Island and the Apostles her piglets.yep, the piglet thing has nothing to do with Aboriginals
Terrific James! Great video!
Cannot wait to do this!!

Wow! Content is soo good. Thanks mate.
Your dedication is truly inspiring.
We are at Lorne at the moment & just saw your nice brief video coverage thank you!
Hope you enjoyed it!
loved your video ❤
Lovely video and I hope you are able to return back to Australia for the West Coast ,and the outback .
Thanks Louisa - we’ll be back for sure! ☺️
Last Thursday we went to Melbourne through great ocean road , actually stunning , thanks dear son love your explanation waaw
Another great Video James 🙌🏻
I did the great ocean road alone.. Loved it so much I drove twice. The video doesn't justify the vividity of colours and size of the environment.
Great video! We are doing the trip in January :) would you mind sharing the walk you did near kennett river? :)

Thanks George, hope you have an amazing time! 😊
Lovely drone footage! Is there anywhere along the Great Ocean Road where you’re NOT allowed to use your drone?
Ehat about the enakes and soiders? Did you meet many?
Any drone shots of the apostles?
Great video. How many nights did you do?3? Was that enough time did you feel rushed at all?

Point break was filmed at Indian beach Oregon . Not Bells beach.
The variety of scenery in Australia is far better than just some hills you get in NZ.
Just a suggestion, when you are standing still, don’t sway. It is distracting. Nice drone footage and video besides! Thanks.
Thanks bro,
Is there any places for car park there?
Yeah, car parks all the way along the route and at all major stops
Thanks man. I have planned to go there at the end of this month 🙂@@JamesBTravel
Have a great time!
How is there an Aboriginal name for piglet when there were no pigs in Australia?

Nice trip if you love pot holes everywhere.... You can sure tell Victoria is broke... For such an iconic drive it's terrible!!!
Agree with you.
I just drove from Adelaide to Melbourne via the Great Ocean Road and the surface was as smooth as a babies bottom.
Really? I did the trip last year and didn't notice any issues. Sydney and NSW in general on the other hand was pot holes galore.
They where birds …
