Excellent work... With the bumper already off I would've taken the opportunity to ditch the Treadstone IC. A quality core shouldn't be losing efficiency at that boost pressure. It's a slippery slope, I know. The juice wasn't worth the squeeze when I add meth while on ethanol.
I have been slowly collecting parts to build my s4. Definitely think I will go xona for the turbo, I know iroz has used them to great success too. Just have to do rods before I put any more power in it. Right at that 400whp line .
Not sure if you have ever looked into a quick spool valve....Marc Swanson at EFI express put one on my ex-car : ( But the result was wicked, power delivery almost 1000 rpm sooner....not sure if there would be a conflict with anti-lag. Another idea you can look into though. Absolutely amazing car, I hope to have another one, some day.

I've always wanted to try one out, and I am highly considering it on my new project. Also, considering building a compound turbo setup as this is very uncommon but very cool. Thanks for the consideration!
This is absolutely amazing the way that intake mani came out? Did you port the inside of the mani as well and how the hell did you route the 3” FMIC piping on the driver side of the car? Did you have to notch anything or what did you do??? 🤔🤔🤔

These throttle bodies are very generic and can be found in many places. I got mine amazon next day for around $70 lol. The only problem is that it doesn't come with the seal for the throttle shaft so there will be a huge boost leak if not corrected. I found a video of a guy that figured out the part number out of a Polaris catalog that works perfect so I got one for $8 and threw it in there. Now that I know it all works I am looking to make a second prototype manifold using the Wagner style plenum. That would be cool, maybe one day...

Love all your vids dude. Got a question about my car for you as i'm fairly new to the audi 5cylinder platform. I have a 93 URS4 with a GT2871 turbo on it. Its got 440 CC injectors, RS2 manifoled, 034 2.0 ignitor combo, and a 034 chip for that turbo. I'm swapping out to 550 injectors and going to do a downpipe and exhaust build soon (currently thats stock) and do 7A cams (mainly for the sound love bigger cams) Any idea what the HP limit is for this turbo or what I would be looking at with the mods listed. Eventually i'll do a FMIC and VEMS also but that is down the line, want to do suspension and paint before that.
On stock ic I'd imagine your maxed out around 320whp. The 2871 is small. I have a GTX3076 K26 turbo on a 034 tubular topmount manifold and Im in a similar spot limited by stock intercooler. On pump 91 I'd be lucky to see 350whp.
Love your vids man. Sick. Catch can question. I’m at 30 psi boost on my AAN and it dumps oil into the factory breather. I’m going to redo it, but curious if you have any tips. You getting a bunch of oil in the catch can?
How many miles on the engine? When my compression started getting low on my first build, it would dump a lot of oil into the can, just like yours. Wouldn't hurt to check that! The breather mod that Marc sells on the Efi motorsport website does wonders. That is what I have on the car now, and there is barely any oil in the can. I typically only see oil when I do 160+ pulls on 35+ psi. Game changer.
@@quattro4life20vt just ordered the breather adapter from Marc and the catch can. Pumped to know it worked for you! My engine is a fresh build. Compression is solid and leakdown ranges from 2% to 8%…so good enough there. Are you still running the PCV valve? Do you vent your catch can to the turbo into or just to atmosphere?
@coultl6556 your engine is definitely healthy! I run the 034 pcv check valve, and I vent the catch can to the atmosphere on the driver side. This way, I can prevent spraying the exhaust manifold/ turbo and possibly avoid starting a fire. Best case is to weld a fitting to the valve cover and vent it back to the engine. I will hopefully post a video of it within the next few months. I guess time will tell, It's a pretty wicked setup! Good luck with yours, but it sounds like you won't need it 😉

Wow, that is impressive friend, you should send me some pics of that car and setup, I would love to see it! The throttle body is a little overkill but it looks and works great! My intention for the throttle body upgrade was to reduce restriction, increase efficiency and pick up top end. I am aware that the factory throttle body can make good power, however if you have a stock TB and race your car top end like me then you are sacrificing top end acceleration and I can see this in the data. I did a 5.9s 60-130mph and a 6.2s 100-150mph on dragy with the stock throttle body. With only installing the new throttle body and 3" piping the car ran a 5.9s 60-130mph and a 5.9s 100-150mph! That's insane! So the car didn't really pick anything up under 100mph but over 100mph I can see in the data that I have certainly unlocked some potential. It picked up 3 tenths of a second on the top end and that is more than I expected. I plan to run 200mph in this car at some point so this is just another step on the ladder. Thanks for watching!

I’m slowly stashing away parts for my build as the GTX3071 needs a built bottom end to reach full potential. Snow performance 2 kit for the winter. Planning to use the factory washer tank. Euro bumpers kills my ability for a FMIC. Anyhoo, great video and thank you.
Look into a spahl puller fan, a couple of 1987-1988 ford thunderbird turbocoupe guys did that and pretty much had similar performance to a fmic, watermeth should help make it safe if you decide on the puller fan route provided there's room for it
The throttle body seems a big large. Bigger is not necessarily better when it comes to throttle bodies. Hows the torque modulation with that big of a throttle body? I would be curious to see a peak hp dyno before and after throttle body swap. The trick is to us the smallest throttle body you can without restricting airflow to a point where it detrimentally affects the goal you are shooting for, especially when it is a road vehicle, as opposed to a drag car where lower speed torque modulation wont affect driveability.
I built this setup to do over 200mph in the standing mile. The car shaved off .3 seconds on the 100-150mph on the dragy, just by swapping the throttle body. That's enough evidence for me :)
Now the quattro looks like a space ship inside bud hehe pretty cool with the gauges when i saw the meth i knew what you where gonna use to mount it lol that cd change holder was built back then for meth today😂

Pretty difficult without moving the transmission back. I did it on a B5 without moving the trans, but the radiator is rear mounted in the trunk because race car 🏎 🏁
No, this is the one from Kavon that I had to modify. I did make a brace for this one since the Borg and 4" downpipe are so heavy. I plan on installing the Torok manifold on the daily S6 at some point and will prob make a brace for that one as well.

Look into a spahl puller fan, a couple of 1987-1988 ford thunderbird turbocoupe guys did that and pretty much had similar performance to a fmic, watermeth should help make it safe if you decide on the puller fan route provided there's room for it
Do you have a mod list. I will built my S2 coupe
I have a c5 rs6 & am going to go 6spd. A 5cyl sounds fun to throw in there
Would love to drive a C5 RS6 with a 6-speed, what a cool car!
Awesome video!
Now the quattro looks like a space ship inside bud hehe pretty cool with the gauges when i saw the meth i knew what you where gonna use to mount it lol that cd change holder was built back then for meth today😂
NASA certified lol
Hi men!!!
Great car!!!!
I want arround 400 hp.
Without big changes(i live in Europe, that’s why,it’s about “no mods in oldtimers” but i can change turbo+ rs2 exhaust manifold is already there ) how about turbo & intercooler?
Say me please what i need to do for that?
Thank you in advance

Great job 🙌🏻
Gorgeous. Are you on reddit? Should get on the oldschoolaudi and audi page. The b5 guys would appreciate this too since they are like 98% of all audi builds these days. Well damn done sir! Not enough people are doing anything remotely close to audi builds. It's literally post after post of people doing chrome trim deletes and wheels lol🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 are you doing the tuning? I've never played around with an 5 cyl before
Top end??
Awesome man. Just torn down my AAN for a rebuild with IE rods. Not a crazy build, targeting 450 whp. Are you running meth injection on E85?
How many speed...
How much money have spent just on turbos alone???
I see hou have an smaller airconditioning condenser, or is it an extra oil cooler?
It's an Oil cooler, A/C is deleted because racecar!
Odd question but how bad do you think this would be swapping in to a 2003 avant
Pretty difficult without moving the transmission back. I did it on a B5 without moving the trans, but the radiator is rear mounted in the trunk because race car 🏎 🏁
Hey bro help me please build same engine like yours 600hp please, I have a same Audi but everything in stock send me links what I need to buy
Is this the manifold Viktor Torok made for you?
And do you have any mounting brackets to reinforce the manifold?
No, this is the one from Kavon that I had to modify. I did make a brace for this one since the Borg and 4" downpipe are so heavy. I plan on installing the Torok manifold on the daily S6 at some point and will prob make a brace for that one as well.
What s up dude?
News about our lovely AAN?
Need ride...😕
Peace from France
Quattro til I was 18 or 19 or 20 stuck on a hill inches from the deep snowy river

Go big
What the ecu you running? I have a mc
How does she vs a Tesla plaid ?
I would love to find out!
With factory throttle body guys run 950whp ;)
Well wee vems is working out for you
Cash money. 💵 💰
Do you know farine de blé, a french youtuber ? Same car than you, nearly 700wpb
Yes! I actually found him after he commented on one of my videos awhile back. Very funny guy, I wish I could speak French! He never told me about his channel so when I looked at it I was blown away by his views and fan base. I had no idea these cars could draw such attention. Just goes to show just how good he is at what he does. Long live farine de blé!!!
102 little big no need tp be bigger then the piping itself but if You need any custom parts machined I can help
Probs wasn't centered properly when u 1st fit it..
Is there a way to contact you? Email or anything? I have some questions
Yo still a bad ass five cylinder the most bad ass Audi in Maggie Valley

How you detect knock?
Shouldn’t have too much crazy knock on e85…
@@seanpugh6792 How would you detect when to stop advancing timing?
@@streetfires there is knock detection in some of the newer standalone options that these cars can utilize. But there’s a lot of places where you can look up write ups and shit from people that have already pushed big power and done similar setups on their cars. When you do that you get a pretty good general consensus of how much you can advance timing without putting a window in your block…
@@seanpugh6792 @quattro4life is using Vems, thats why im wondering, because Vems knock detection is not usable on these engines.
Man this is a get away car for sure. Police have no chance not that u would run from the police. No reason to stop at night though they have no chance gone in 60 seconds for sure.
swap 2.6 ABC!!!! 2 turbo!!! after talk!!!!
Looks that I have a long way to go, so the aim is to loose traction in second gear 😅
J'aime si tu viens de chez farine de blé
Uff man !! It's be awesome 👌 👏 . Это просто круто так держать !!!
