The larger estate homes rarely come on the market in Bridle Trails neighborhood. 5 acre parcels are best found in Woodinville, Carnation Redmond 98053, Duvall, Preston and North Bend.

The housing crisis we currently face is historical low inventory and high buyer demand. There will always be opportunity in the real estate market.
