I live in the cusp between Snohomish county line into King County and Bellevue is so close to me. It’s such a pretty place. What I love the most is the variety of restaurants and many parks. Bellevue is crazy expensive however. That house looks very typical northwest home. We do need huge windows because it’s literally raining and cloudy 70% of the year, kinda depressing at times but it’s worth it for the nature.
The last house. The moment I looked at the first room, you had me. Then it got better. The look was smooth and clean. Now I find out is is $3.8 million. At least I’ve good taste.
I live in Bellevue. Bought a split-level rambler in 2017 for 1.3 but neighbors are selling for 1.7-1.9 in East Bellevue in 2024. West Bellevue is more expensive, especially Medina (where the Gates Estate owns property). However, traffic is pretty bad when you live near the freeweay's (i-90 & i-5) but it can be nice and quiet if you live +5 min from the freeways/main roads. The city offers free trees every year to maintain the neighborhood green and i live next to a natural green belt (owned by the county even though they don't maintain anything) so my house feels like it's 70 degrees even though the rest of the city is near 90's in the 'hot' Seattle summer. If anything, move here for the schools, we have great schools with lots of great learning environments for kids.

Love these tours that you give Bryce, really insightful. Would love to see more of these tours for sure.
Thanks for watching!
Check out the "Neighborhood Tours" playlist on my channel for more of these! Working on completing a tour for every city in the Seattle metro area.
That 1 bedroom condo ❤❤ I think I just found it!!!!
Great tours. The price is so high, but you can see the great quality.

Nice vid, but the condo/house tours are too slow/long for me. Rest of the video is perfectly paced.
Imagine you're waving Jessica Bravura's home. Seriously don't call her short. Because is disrespectful
So what’s it like living in Bellevue??
