why does the thumbnail show show a smaller mount and the video show a wider one? is there mounting options? i prefer the smaller one
It's actually the same mount in the video and thumbnail. The perspective of the thumbnail shot might be making it look smaller than it actually is.
If your studs are not centered with your fireplace, can you install the mount off center and shift TV to center of fireplace? Is there a tolerance?
The mount allows some offset of the TV, but for keeping the TV level, we don't recommend moving it too far off center. If the mount will have to be far from the center to fit the studs, one other option is to install a sturdy plywood board to the wall (paint to match the wall) so the mount can be fit to that and centered over the fireplace.
I have this mount as well as the flip down mount is there a way to make this operate when the tv powers on? I know it doesn’t have an I.R cable like the flip down mount that I have so when I turn the tv it the mount automatically folds down,I would like know if this is possible
We're sorry, but this mount does not have a feature to lower when the TV is powered on.
