So I read that alpha jym helps prevent the excretion of testosterone. But I’ve noticed ever since I’ve been on alpha jym (1.5 weeks now) my urine has been darker, having an orange hue to it. Is that a sign of excretion of test?

Hey Jim, question for you... My wife and I are in the process of conceiving but she is worried that test boosters such as this one will effect my sperm count, sperm quality, etc. Am I ok in the short and long run while I take this in regards to this area?
As a healthcare student, you should really bring that up with your provider. There's never anything wrong with asking a physician their opinion about supplements. They could be for it. But I can say that too high of testosterone levels can impact sperm levels negatively. Too low and it's not good either and in that case AlphaJym could make a difference. But you should make sure.

I took alpha jym for 3 months when it first debuted a couple years ago and I noticed literally no differences in my strength training or sex drive. With that said, I was only 31 at the time and am now only 33 so I think my test levels are already very good. I will try a test booster again as I age and start to notice declines in my performance at the gym and/or in bed LOL. For now I will not waste my money.
crbquist if you want to know your levels for sure get a blood test. Make sure they test for total and free testosterone. I'm 34 and my levels were 447 total and 12.3 free testosterone. I had been taking alpha jym for 6 months. I am gonna retest after the alpha jym is outta my system to see if there is a change.

Alpha Jym is not synthetic testosterone. Is a combination of herbs that stimulate your body to produce more testosterone. Made (obviously) for men with lower than normal levels of testosterone like older men from 30 and up.
