Before 2 months I could do 20 push-ups, and today I did 45, I am feeling fckng stronger! I have been following him since I was a teenager and he was the reason I started my fitness journey. His workout videos were inspiring to me. I gave my best and trained hard for years, but I was hardly getting any muscle, only to find out that my diet was nowhere near as it should've been. I have always eaten 'just enough' thinking it would be sufficient. My first real diet plan taught me the lesson. I remember getting it online from a website (Dietarize I think), but somehow it helped me gain a few pounds in my first month of using it. Surely it wasn't all pure muscle, but I was happier than ever. Thanks Simeon for every single video and tips!

Nice video, guys always remember to activate your bodies before any workout with some light stretching then we're ready to roll with the workout, your body functions better when it's activated. I Always start my tutorials and classes in gyms with a pre-warm up, from 1st gear up to 5th always.

This was great Simeon! I just did it! The full stance pushups are hard when your upper body isn't strong enough to press all your own weight too many times.

Thanks Simeon, I appreciate this workout for chest with no weight; and doing it in a time format then worrying about pumping out alot of reps. Like you say work on that form as you do them. I appreciate that; this will aid in building up my chest more esp when Im at home and its only a 5 minute workout; good for me to do when I get up and before going to bed. What's the right age to start using supplements?
Does it affect one's gains when you do pushups looking down? Heard you gotta keep your head up
I mean his form could be a little tighter but its clearly working for him.
Obviously it does not affect him
Keeping your head up is bad for your spine, it’s best to look down keeping your spine in a neutral position

How much do you currently weigh, how many full rom perfect push ups can you do non stop before reaching momentary muscular failure and I mean no resting between reps in plank position, and what is your heaviest bench press?
