I've been working on a course called depression to expression. this video landed perfect timing for me. at first I wanted another income, once realsing I couldn't gig live with lockdowns... but after years overcoming depression naturally, tired of loosing incredible friends and creators... Thanks, Ajit, I got some really good ideas for my planned courses. The one that I hadn't really thought about, which I use so easily in physical workshops, was getting them to work in partners. Am thinking of getting them to partner with an 'accountability buddy' between the live online sessions

I learned how to create a holistic online course - not just on the level of cognition (where most online programs are focused on) but also the other important elements that give the holistic and deep experience of learning and being. Knowledge to doing inner work to implementing to achieving results. Basically learn to become first (the highest or better version of yourself) and when you become you can achieve your desired results (better results or greater results).

Excellent content. It was wonderful to see the encouragement to use meditation in my program. What I REALLY loved was the promotion of incorporating altered states, specifically, hypnotherapy. I've had hypnosis done on me in a 1:1 setting with great success.

MEDITATION as an element in business training was an eye opener. I study spiritualism ardently and there it makes sense, but if I'm teaching personal branding I never thought of introducing a meditation as part of the training. Really interesting angle!! I would like to develop that discussion - how to take a classical spiritual practice like meditation into a business context. Another thing was creative visualizing around an abstract such as a brand. Visualizing your own body while working out makes sense. You might even stand in front of a mirror, but visualizing your soul to inspire your personal brand...I wouldn't know how to guide such a practise. Maybe you could elaborate on that - how to use Woo-practices on classical concepts like business development. Cheers from Stockholm / Jacqueline

Thank you. These elements are good for me to consider as I evaluate my framework for workshop facilitation. As an Expressive Art Therapist I created and facilitated a LOT of interactive workshop opportunities (mostly in the 90’s and earlier 2000’s) and I realized that I used all of these elements.. guided imagery, partners, small group/larger group interaction, hands on experiential learning, journaling, etc. I haven’t yet converted this material and process to an online audience, which is my current goal. So, this is validation that the model I created and refined is good. I am curious how you measure results in the area of deep transformation. I definitely have seen breakthroughs in my programs but I wasn’t in the habit of collecting testimonials then and it seems that focusing on the “inner game” vs external results might be trickier to market or to quantify value. For example, is lowering stress, anxiety, or increasing creativity or self-awareness specific enough? How do you measure results? My thing has been to catalyze healing and transformation but not sure if that’s too vague to get top dollar vs the types of programs that promise you’re going to “make 10k in a month”.

Like what you said about educating your client. A thing where I struggle with, is what I learned from my coaching course, what was ICF licensed, is that you don't educate your client at all. Ask them questions re6their goal(s) to bring them to insights. What is not a bad thing by itself. But I strongly believe, thay when you are a coach, and you have the right knowledge, that you share/educate your client. What is different then saying that this is the truth, the only thing, or something they should do. Something you want to avoid as coach. I believe, if you have knowledge, then share it with you client in an educational way, can only provide benefits. By you saying this, helps me to believe in what I'm doing. That you for that :)
Another takeaway is that one of the online courses I develop, where I already added two 1 on 1 sessions, is to add an extra package to have a 10 1 on 1 sessions, so that they get more out of the course.

Quick question, I coach teens and preteens. Would I need to have parents sign a waiver in order for me to truly integrate the Altered States protocols on any level with them?

My clients have cognitive decline...I help them to reverse it (or prevent it of they are at risk). Can this format of coaching work as well when they are present with their Care Partner? I also must be mindful to not overwhelm them (which causes anxiety and non-action).

Hello Ajit, great video, but do you think it is possible to find coachees who are willing to pay 5000$ for a coaching package, when the coach is not as experienced as you are? I have been coaching for an year now and have done it for free because I wanted to practice but I cannot imagine to ask for this amount of money, what do you think?
Great question, Silvi! It really depends on who your ideal client is (and their investment capacity), your offer, and your ability to create results. You'd need to assess how your potential clients feel about that price and evaluate if it's a good price to start from or maybe you can start lower, and then increase it every so often. Course creation is so much fun I love creating my courses using canva templates it makes it so much easier to create branded content that you can use over and over again. What do you use to create your course material faster?

@@mindvalleycoach if there is no major edits I upload to Canva and then use the templates to put the videos inside of elements like computers, phones etc with all my branding. So much faster then download and put on social media or UA-cam. If lots of editing required I download the thumbnails from Canva and edit using Camtasia

Great question, Sandhiya! It's not about how "seasoned" a coach is, but if they have a tested-and-proven methodology which has created enough results. If you have a process that works, that can be easily delivered through an online program, and have stories of success from clients that have gone through it already, that should be a good starting point to create one!
