“This piece has basically become the main theme for the game that’s been played in almost all promo videos and event scenes. I must have composed several dozens options for this theme, but this was something like number twelve, I think.”
-Kitagawa
I wish you could see more of the commentary for more pieces of the game. There were some I was interested in reading, idk the name but that song that plays for some dreadful reveals I love a lot in the sequel
@@StardustSynchron Very late but I believe you're looking for 'The Great Stray' either parts 1 or 2.

Ryunosuke has to be one of the best protagonists in any game. The way he believes in himself and his own convictions, sticks up for those who need someone by their side, and won't give up no matter what. A true hero!
the fact that he would make an enemy of anyone to protect his own client makes it better
Ryunosuke does have his doubts about himself multiple times through the games. He hesitates and second-guesses, and only after Susato gently reminds him, “You can do this”, he pushes through!
so pretty much every AA protagonist
@@colly9888 Ryunosuke Best Attorney while Susato is the best Judiciary Assistant, both of em the best by miles compare to Phoenix/Apollo and their goofy assistant

not everyone has the balls to take on the entire British Empire
"...But more than anything else, it's an animalistic desire... to take down my prey!"
Good thing Ryunosuke was born before social medias.

Naruhodo: *OBJECTION!!*

While I was playing the game, I honestly thought for a while that this was the pursuit theme and that Prelude of an Adventure was the Objection theme.
I really appreciate that the game has multiple songs for Objection, so it can differentiate between minor and significant objections without overusing the game’s Pursuit.
Well, the pursuit theme for DGS2 is similiar to this theme so it's not surprising
Having finished DGS 2, I just realized how good the soundtrack design is. They seem to put 'stages' for these themes.
-) Prelude of an Adventure for Naruhodou's first trials
-) Objection for normal 'objection moments' afterwards
-) (Potential spoilers) DGS 2 has something when they're preparing to get to the climax.
-) Pursuit theme
-) (Potential spoilers), but in DG2 there's something _above_ pursuit level of epicness.
I thought that but only up until the actual pursuit theme was used, then I got confused and asked someone else who played the game before
@@lyonvensa this game was exceedingly amazing, like i feel i didn't deserve such unbelievably wonderful game like this. The ost at the end was pure orgasmic
This hits different now that its been announced for the West :D
:3
Hits even better now that its been out
dgs ost just hits different
When Naruhodo accuses McGuilded of being guilty after being proved innocent:
That got a chuckle out of me, thanks!
Even though it says it's just an objection theme, this is epic enough to be a pursuit theme.
That's cuz it sounds like a toned down version of the dgs 2 pursuit theme
Part of this song is in the pursuit theme of this game and the previous one
It’s not fast enough to be a pursuit theme, which can be said for the actual pursuit theme in this game too.
TGAA’s pursuit is WAYYY too slow.
@@890sigma Yeah, I made this comment before playing the second game. Didn't want to spoil myself on the OST but didn't expect them to bring this back with a final pursuit theme version. Pretty cool though.
@@jaxsterminator8634 you can't really make fast music with 1900s instruments
Ryu's first objection gave me chills and this music made it more tense.
You can still hear the original Phoenix Wright objection theme.
The ray of hope has paved the way to a clear contradiction. Now the attorney fights with renewed vigor.
you know, apollo, this is your boss's ancestors theme.
@@siddharthdey2922 something tells me you haven't imagined Apollo with Naruhodo's eyebrows (or vice versa)
I will go through the songs in this playlist and list down the instruments I hear if I can
UPDATED (31/12/2023 - Ending the year with one more run-through of this playlist!)
Woodwinds:
- Something high is happening on 0:44 (Flute or Piccolo)
- Probably an Oboe and/or Clarinet in there

I love that it brings a very... Idk, Victorian touch to it? It matches his era splendidly!
The real beginning of a legend.
I absolutely love this song
LET'S FUCKING GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Every time I hear this song I think of the phrase: "The first objection"
CHRONICLES IS COMING!!!!!! AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!! FINALLY!!!!!!!
We got LOCALIZATION GUYS AND GALS!!!!
This plays in the very first time Ryunosuke learns how to say "Objection!" I'd say it's quite fitting, since I was getting tired of his "Yes!" shenanigans.
Camera rotating and Narhudo pointing fingers and this plays. Goosebumps!
I will become a lawyer, i have too.
Ah..
The Great Song of an Objection... I love Ace Attorney...
Might be my favorite objection theme in Ace Attorney, it just sounds so epic.
The amount of UMPH behind his focused sight
this series would not be 1/10 as good without such phenomenal music. When your watching the killer squirm, this song make it impossible not to feel like a badass
the cymbals sound so clean, i love it
One of the more hard-hitting objections. Doesn't quite hold a candle to AAI2's jazz solo in my book, but it's still amazing to listen to.
EDIT: Hah, I take it back. I have listened to this far more than AAI2's objection theme. I didn't think the soundtrack could grow on me even more...
This theme hits harder than the Pursuit theme to be honest.
Well it's different game setting. But this theme goes very well when you ibject jury and MC walks near witness stand.
Even though I never played DGS, I like this theme.
@@qui-gonjinn8048 did u play it yet 😳
@@samwic9372 Not yet, I'm too lazy to find a translation and a rom.
Prelude of an Adventure feels like the actual Objection theme, whereas this one feels like it's somewhere between Objection and Pursuit. Makes sense since they pretty much only use The Great Turnabout when you've finally cornered the culprit, so they use this song when they want something a step above Prelude of an Adventure but not quite at the level of The Great Turnabout yet
Naruhodo:"I will became lawyer...I have too!
The Great Objection!
Best objection theme. Hands down.
This objection theme slaps harder than every other one
The man himself?
Yeah it is I just looked at his channel
IT"S FINALLY HERE!!!!!
This is in my playlist "Ace attorney but only the bri'ish songs"
The strong feeling when I hear this song, as if I really cracked the case and I'm about to spit out some Facts and Logic™
Really a good objection song, but nothing beats the first AA objection theme imo.
when the culprit blunder:
Even a jojo fan it is a still master piece
How does being a jojo fan relate at all?
Good thing they never release more than 1 AA game in any given year otherwise this naming convention would make no sense.
“The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles” and “Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney” have the best 'Objection!' and 'Pursuit' themes!
My favorite theme.
When the lawyer juice hit
Dont play stupid, Jezail!
This sounds like a boss theme by Toby Fox.
my favorite ace attorney protagonist ❤️
pov: you just incited a discord argument amongst the jury
Ahhhhhh it's so fucking good
*YES!*
Sounds great to me at 1.25 speed too
HAI!
FINALLY
I still don't understand if this remixes Objection 2001 or 2004
Wtf why are there captions for this?
"Yes! On the night in question at Windibank's pawnbrokery...another bullet was fired!"
_"HOLD IT!"_
"What is this new trickery, you Nipponese conjurer?! Where did you find that bullet?"
"It was lodged inside of Mr. Holmes' pouch."
"What?!"
"This pouch was removed from Mr. Holmes' waist before he was taken to the hospital. And since then, it has been touched by no one."
"Do...do you mean to say that the shot fired by the Skulkin brothers that night...."
"Yes. As Your Lordship surmised...it hit this pouch."
"But, that makes no sense whatsoever! We already know the whereabouts of the bullet fired at Mr. Holmes. Its clearly visible in this photographic print!"
"Ah!"
"Two guns from the scene have already been submitted into the court as evidence."
"Yes. That of Mr. Windibank and that belonging to the Skulkin brothers."
"And examination of both guns revealed that _only a single bullet had been fired from each_"
"Ah!"
"But, but that must mean..."
"That's right. We now know that on the night in question _three bullets_ were fired. However! Only two bullets were fired from the guns recovered from the crime scene! And until that incontrovertible inconsistency is somehow explained we cannot and must not pass judgment!"
"Gaah...AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK!"
WHO THE WHO DISLIKED THIS
Hart Vortex
Van Zieks, he cannot stand the fact that this song has a japanese vibe to it
Auchi.
It reminded him off that one humillation that was going to haunt his bloodline for generations.
Also...Jezail because she is a jerk.
This comment section lmao
maybe a hot take, but i GREATLY dislike how this was used for the title screen... hearing the objection theme in ace attorney is a neat reward for making a deduction. getting it every time u start the game up turns the pivotal moment this plays during the case from "aw shit now we're cookin" to "why is the title screen theme playing"
The song that plays on the title screen is Prelude to an Adventure which is similar to this Objection theme
well, it still takes the edge off then
Hart Vortex Disliked
Can you please put a Spoiler Alert on this?

The first time i played this game, it was super obvious he's gonna the main antagonist in this games. Especially if you played the first Ace Attorney case 5. The presence and his aura are so strikingly similar to Damon Gant
