I have your Coffee and Bible Time notebooks and they have become an integral part of my Bible studies. I do my version of "art" (lol) in them and its become almost therapeutic as I create and meditate on the Word. 😚

I literally was thinking about this a couple days agos, as I wanted to to start journaling again.but I didn't know how to start. God sends us messages in ways we sometimes think He won't send us though. He is awesome! Keeping going, daughters of the High King!

I only have three journals. I have my Bible study journal in which I use the SOAP method, my prayer journal, and my sermon notes journal. I also journal in my Bible. I enjoyed seeing all of your journals and I love you two girls!

I have a traveler’s notebook where I have about 6-7 inserts. The first 3 inserts are devoted to my business and the next 4-5 inserts are dedicated to faith: prayers, praise, gratitude, sermon notes. I plan to add an insert for scripture writing
I love journaling as well and it's very helpful. I have one for Sundays sermon, Wednesday bible study, prayer and devotion. In my devotion I also write letters to God. I like that I can always go back and study my journals and I keep all of them to pass them down to my kids one day.
Yes! That is so amazing! I love that too - if I want I can always go back into them and be encouraged!
Another idea of a journal is a daily journal where at the beginning of the day u can make a plan for the day and set times and schedule especially as in quarantine we don’t know what to do with ourselves, bless the lord for revealing that idea to me ✝️✝️✝️✝️

Journal hoarding is therapy... We all collect and have a favorite so to speak. Some people collect tools, and some people paint on old bottles and make lamps and things. Boxes of bottles....... That I don’t want use this journal and love this paper, stickers and so on. I have to tell myself I have doubles of most and I can always buy more.. journaling in a Bible or a notebook and making things to put in our journals is a positive thing as a hobby.
I just got home from school and have had a really rough week and I started bullet journaling and my teacher wrote a really nice not for me. Please pray for my family and I my papaw died on saturday and were a wreck. I love you girls so much!

I love the God sighting journal idea. It is so easy to feel like you haven't seen Him working in your life but you have you just aren't acknowledging it, aren't actively paying attention to it, or are forgetting all the amazing things He has done. This would help me in so many ways. Thanks!

i used to feel weird about using my 3 ring binder as a journal but yall have inspired me! esp because being visually impired & near sighted, its super hard to find cute wide ruled lined journals! but i love how u guys use yours!
this is so so interesting for me to watch. i would consider myself quite agnostic but this somehow popped up in my recommended and i decided to click on it. it's so interesting seeing your guys' perspective when our perspectives are rather different. of course i'm still not religious, but i did genuinely find this eye opening. i really love hearing people talk about things that i have a different outlook on. lovely video :)
Great ideas for me that I'll use on my journal
To be honest I read the Bible first and if I find something interesting I write it down in a notebook, I’m going to do a prayer notebook as well, if I get distracted I listen to Christian music or like relaxation music to stay away from negative activities, idk if you guys do the same? I also do method,I like the fact that you keep you’re self busy I also like you’re ideas.

I love your videos hearing you talk about the fact that you have food issues is very inspiring to me if you do any videos or have any from before would you please let me know if their pertaining to binge eating, or any type of food issues. I myself have been suffering for many years. I have continuously turn to God for help I have been able to overcome anything in my life through divine intervention with the Lord has blessed me in more ways than I can count. However I cannot overcome this

Hey Anna, I find it easier to remember when I have a routine. Maybe that will help you? The morning works for me. I make my coffee, some oatmeal, read the Bible, one Old Testament chapter, one New Testament, then a page of a book from Jerry Bridges. And while reading all of this, I’m journaling. I try to do this every morning, but sometimes I go to bed too late and want to sleep in, so if that happens I listen to Christian music on the way to work. But I find I’m more happy and in the spirit when I stick to that routine.

I really only have one journal... (though I have had to get about 10 because I kept running out of room, it's still the same journal concept.) Essentially I write down things that inspire me, or really move me, such as song lyrics, sermon notes, Christian quotes, etc. I also write down some of my prayers and thoughts, and even write my own songs sometimes. Since my way of journaling is so different from other people's, I had no idea what to call it-- it's too artistic to be a normal journal, not quite an art journal because there's too much writing, and everything is centered around Jesus. So my best friend came up with the name Jesus Journals. And I absolutely love that. She has a Jesus Journal now too. My latest one is handmade; I made one for me and one for her. They're made of multicolored pages that I dyed with inks and sewed into a canvas cover.
Honestly, I haven't been using my Jesus Journal very much lately... I need to get on that.

I see that you ladies are very focused and reiterating that focus. I also see the "fighting lies" journal which is excellent. I recommend a deep focus on purity of Truth.
I let Jesus destroy my addictions and habits and I don't focus on these things, but I let my mind be renewed with His perfect pure Truth, and overcoming addictions and struggles is a natural fruit of this.
I must recommend reading the Authorized KJV as I find other translations are too vague at best and are often even deceptive. This vagueness waters down the natural Power and benefits of The Spirit Of Truth.
AKJV requires some attention to vocabulary, yet this attention to vocab is a massive benefit. Modern English, and the way newer translations apply it, gives the impression of understanding Scripture when what we actually understand is our own interpretation rather than His teachings. We want less of us and more of Him.
I even recommend studying the literal definitions (not the figurative, implied, nor ironic [that's a thing] but specifically the literal definitions,) through a Strong's Exhaustive Concordance in order to bring view of Scriptures to clarity and purity of our Father's Truth. Also, looking into the literal definitions of the words that are the sources of the vocab being researched helps perfect this process.
All of this is fascinating and fun and you two ladies especially have all the readiness to go down this very empowering road; and you have the voice to share The fruits with others.

Oh! It's important to note that italicized words are added/provided by translators. Often these added words pull away from what our Father is teaching us. I just skip over them and this lets me clearly hear our Father's intent.

I love the ideas. I really want to start a grateful-journal.. but I feel like sometimes it's so repetitive... I don't know.
Just a heads up, I understand where you came from when you explained the 'bullet journal' - but the way you transformed it isn't really what a bullet journal is, I don't think.. (just my opinion) And that might be a bit confusing for some people. Again I understand where you're coming from, I've watched your videos!! But I think what you created is more a structured bible-journal/art-journal. I do think it is a neat idea, to have a couple of things in one, instead of a lot of different ones. It started as a bullet journal and then turned into a scripture art journal! But I still do bullet journal things in their! I figured it could kinda turn into more of what I wanted/ would actually use!
