Killer7 - All Counter and Down Attacks

This video showcases the counters and down attacks in the game Killer7. Garcian Smith does not have a Counter and a Laser Smile Dodge. To the extent of my knowledge, I dont think Young Harman Smith has any of those tools as well

I legitimately didn't know until now that you could counter in this game. I guess it has to be a bit frame-perfect.

You need special ability for it. You just upgrade your character stats with blood and get it eventually. It is just 1 for every stat for Kaede and Mask, I think and fpr everyone else it was like 2 or sum.

Necro post, but:
Down attack: Shoot downwards at a crawling Smile. Only works if it has lower health. Very finnicky, but the best way to pull it off is to shoot its other limbs to increase chance of success.
Counter Attack: When a Smile attacks you, a white crack will appear on screen. Press X when it does to counter.
