If anyone is stuck on just the first part, the next step would be to form your mouth like you were to whistle and in doing so, your mouth creates a resonant chamber making the overtone louder, if you want to shift the pitch if the overtone play around with the size of the whistle hole and even lip position!

yea you can learn throat singing but its going to be alot harder since your a woman and you are watching kuular, he basically scams you by you paying him like 60 quid and he will tell you the exacts same thing is the vids and plus you just sing a regular note and tighten your throat
