It was normal for me cause I like fighting games
The garou one is still in my opinion the very best in terms of sounds and speed of attack. It have the perfect balance in terms of voice and the velocity of the combo.
I prefer the RB series when It got on RBS and RB2. The problem is that they needed to change the damage parameters of supers. Imo they should have taken more of RB for Garou instead of throwing away all those efforts and amazingly original gameplay ideas.
Terry changed His parameters in Garou, he pass from be a balanced character to be a heavyweight, even whithout moves like rising Tackle or fire kick he keeps a lot of agility and His others moves were upgrade to a madness point, crack shoot works better like anti air and His heavy burning knuckles it's a lot less punishable than previous games, His power wave it's faster and power charge it's a move of 3 hits in chain
Garou animation and dub are the best actually among the franchise, it's such a shame it didn't have any sequels

Best versións of triple Power Geyser: Real Bout special and Garou (the cinematic is really agressive and perfect).

Garou was the best among the franchise, like it's been developed by the best team at the time.
This needs to be redone for Fighting EX Layer Terry, and eventually Smash Terry and KoF XV Terry.

Because he grew old. Old Terry says (i.e.) Rock You instead of Powah Wave.

SNK likes changing things up. Back in the days when they were releasing a new Fatal Fury plus a new King of Fighters every single year, they had to re-use a lot of sprite work as a matter of necessity. So the way to keep things fresh was to switch moves around, record new voice clips, etc.

Terry’s Fatal Fury look is iconic, but I like his Mark Of The Wolves look better. My fav supers are Power Stream, Buster Wolf, Rising Beat. Be cool if they’d give him his Hurricane Punch from the anime if only once.

I've looked up the voice actor who does Terry and he's had the same voice actor since 1993, but then got replaced by the awful new guy in KOF14 and he's also in Smash. He sounds decent now, but I just hope he does a better Buster Wolf voice clip.
Not just Terry most of the original VA were changed even Kyo and Iori. Not sure if SNK really wanted to "start fresh" again or was because money issues

Best Terry not holding anything back with a good moveset overall is Wild Wolf Terry in kof maximum impact 2. Has the invincible tackle cancel, rave super and all the gyser supers along with a best version of Buster Wolf.
In GB version of KOF 96, Terry will have hax moves and a secret MAX SDM. To unlock it, When TAKARA logo appears, Press A+B+Start (Or select) 20 times. You'll hear a sound if you did it right. That will also unlock ALL secret charas like Maki Kagura, Iori`, Leona` and Mr. Karate. Some characters will gain hax moves as well.

As seen in KOF Kyo, Terry has an "expansive" personality, but in anime he is calmer and more tranquil. And it has wind-based powers, unlike in games. Why this difference?
Because the anime has a different writting staff. Also, I don't think his attacks are specifically fire or anything in the games either.

And KOF Kyo's Terry, in addition to his expansive personality, is completely dumb and retarded. I NEVER imagined that they would portray him this way. Not even in ordinary games is like this.

Never noticed until fairly recent, but the triple geyser is weaker than the power geyser. So it konda negates the purpose of even doing it at all imo. Unless they buffed it in later games.
