I didn’t feel pretty at all and lowkey had an ED 😭 But ever since I turned 21 idk what clicked in my brain, I’ve been trying to reframe the way I think to be like this video. It’s working so far and I even started going to the gym without falling back in my ED habits :) !!
Great vid! People need to stop thinking about their looks that much to be honest. People look the way they look. Having your whole personality based on they way u look is a bitch move.
@@TwistedLullabies I actually didn’t start dating until my 20s. We’re all on our own timeline, friend. Have grace for yourself, this shit is hard and there’s no blueprint for it. But I get you, it doesn’t make it easier in the moment. Just know there’s a lot of ppl on the same boat as you
@@jake_enslin There's certain things you're supposed to do by certain ages and if you don't meet them, you completely miss out or the chances drop more with time
