If you are assigned by the court to defend someone...you must to the best of your ability provide the best defense or lose your license to practice law. Hillary was assigned the child rapist case by the court. She asked to be removed from it, but was denied by the presiding judge.
There are many cases that attorneys don't want to be put in the position to defend. But unfortunately there are a shortage of attorneys that work for legal aid..it doesn't pay squat and the resources to hire professionals to assist in your case is not there either.
All you have to do is pull the court records to see this information to get a full understanding of why she had to defend this person. She was told to do it and she did her job. I just wish people would do some research before forming an opinion on something that's been repeated to reflect badly on anyone...And just watching Fox News is not research. Every city, state, etc have public records that can be assessed either in person or by going to their local or state government web sites.
The federal government provides all kinds of information on the web these days. There is no excuse in not being able to find information that is backed up by reputable sources. Any reputable media outlet will provides sources of information to substantiate fact from fiction. The problem is people are too lazy to look something up themselves and will just believe any lie or statement made if they think it benefits them. And will continue to do so until it's too late.
