we can’t have death metal december without death! aptly named, death is one of the primary innovators and drivers of the original death metal movement in the late 80s/early 90s. death was always chuck shuldiner’s (front man and lead guitarist) brain child and the band evolved to be comprised of him and a rotating line up of studio musicians. sadly, chuck passed away in december 2001 from complications of brain cancer. i thought this was a great opportunity to celebrate his memory and legacy. here is one of my favorite songs from one of my favorite albums … Let’s party!!!
