i like how slow and chill things are, and how you find new animals, blocks and structures along the way. i was the same when i hadn’t played minecraft in a while and still idk what a ocean monument does too. there’s so much more to explore now, and im looking forward to more of your vids :>
While you can't make emerald tools, you can add fancy emerald trim to your armor, though you have to find a smithing template (in the Nether) and you also have to stumble across an armor trim (there are various patterns), which can be found in several different ways, though namely in loot chests.

Suspicious stews are technically early-game potion equivalents, all are a mushroom stew recipe with a flower added during crafting that causes different effects dependent on the flower used, using a oxeye daisy gives regen, when you use dandelions/blue orchid which give saturation and is the best food in the game, you can easily discover the other recipe on line but these two are your staples before either finding a brewing stand in a church and using gunpowder to power it or going to the nether.

How do people get their forests look so bright and vibrant? Are you using texture pack or something?
Hmm, nothing to do with the game, could be the render settings of the video? But the game looks pretty similar to how the video comes out. Try messing with your monitors colour settings!

I tried playing Bedrock just to test it out, it felt so different I didn't like it at all lol
@@fogey_ Bedrock doesn't rock my world either. Too restrictive, scary creative mode warning, and peaceful mode is just BLAH!
Do you have in game music on or is it added in post?
I add it in post, so if I have to cut clips together, the music isn't interrupted :)

You want to allocate more RAM, as far as I could tell from your debug screen you have 2GB allocated. I have 12GB but I've only got a 4GB non gaming graphics card. Considering your card I'd allocate 8GB of ram. But if your not going down the mods a shades route your probably okay.
