- A tier list for general ffa economies. This is not designed with dominion in mind nor is this set is stone as the game is always subject to changes and patches. All tier positions are my opinion and should be treated as such though it is a well informed and tested opinion.
Discussion/Tier Timeframes:
Feudal 1:40 - 11:45
Castle 11:45 - 28:45
Imperial 28:45 - 48:20
Passive 48:20 - 53:15
Trade 53:15 - 56:25
Villager 56:25 - 1:00:45

I'm not totally convinced about Zhu Xi being worse than China. You mention China's Song Dynasty increasing villager production speed, but you don't mention Zhu Xi's version of the same dynasty giving a building discount. What happens in practice is Zhu Xi will invest slightly more resources in an additional TC (let's say 3 TC vs China's 2) and pump out vills sligthly faster.
And Zhu Xi still has the gardens.
The increase in villager production while it falls behind the initial boost that zhu xi has in the start in feudal it equalizes pretty quickly. If it was just that it would be a tie, but the imperial academy giving double taxes and allowing the player to never having to stop producing villagers to get imperial officials means they have a advantage eco wise.
Also of course this tier list is done under me doing very specific parameters. For instance, on maps where you have low wood numbers the discount to wood could prove to be of larger benefit. I am also not an expert on every civ so it's very possible with the right build order someone could get zhu xi higher than china.
After watching this everyone should just pick Malians, doesn't seem much point choosing any other!
Sadly, they're eco is balanced by the fact that their entire army is super squishy and can be wiped easily in imp.
Rus C Tier is a shame!
Yeah, sadly their bounty eco bonuses don't really help with their food gather rate and their passive gold which can be pretty dang good doesn't scale to what a lot of the other civs can get and it's too expensive to get online easy and too easy to get removed.
