    I 've been in neck pain for almost 3 weeks. After trying every single "trick" found on the internet, I ended up thinking "I should better make my neck's muscle stronger". I did your exercises and immediately felt my neck area warm, following with a day full of soreness as I had never workout this area. The 3rd day the pain just gone! Thank you so much!

    Here is the neck workout that's been requested for a while now! This is rep based instead of time based because it's very important for neck training to do the exercises in a controlled and consistent pace. Start slow if needed to ensure you're doing it properly, especially if you get to a point you add weight, and then advance to a quicker paced consistent rhythm because the neck responds greatest to that method. Stronger neck muscles have a lot of benefits, improved breathing being one I find most important. Also, a bigger neck can make you appear much more muscular. Give this routine a try!

      I figured out a way better work out for the neck and traps that don't involve this motion and have seen pretty good results mostly on my traps (I worked out in the past but stopped for 6 years or so but my original starting size was 16" when i was 22yo)
      31yo currently and 17" inches after just a few months and traps grew a bit as well... my lower body is fine 17" calves and 27" quads naturally ( lived on a hills when i was a kid ) two flights of stairs to get to the front door

    I have some pretty bad neck pain and have for the last 20+ years. I am going to give this a try and report my findings. I think I'll try it every 3 days. I don't work out regularly because of chronic illness, so when I do, I have to be very choosy about what I do, or I end up paying for it for many weeks. For the inflammation and headache issues that I have, if this works, I will subscribe and spread this video on Discord. Fingers crossed!

    These are great! I really feel my neck got worked out! One question is there a way to prevent getting dizzy/nauseous while doing these? Particularly the ones on your back?

    • @jacobia7093
      @jacobia7093 5 років тому +2

      xxo ea - Not tried this workout yet, but I would suggest not getting up immediately after doing this workout. Just lie flat with your head on the bench/floor and focus on your breathing and relaxing, take your time and get up when you feel ready.

      By making them smaller - certain disorders cause the eyball to enlarge.
      By improving your jaw muscles - the entire face seems more defined, gives the illusion your eyes are better looking.

    • @AnabolicAliens
      @AnabolicAliens  6 років тому +2

      awesome Andy! I train traps twice a week on my back day and my favorite method of training them is 2 overload exercises from different angles where I hit them very heavy and then I love using my intense trap workouts as 1-set burnout finishers!

    • @G0nz0uk
      @G0nz0uk 6 років тому +1

    • @AnabolicAliens
      @AnabolicAliens  6 років тому

      I'm glad you like them! I do a front shrug variation and a back shrug variation (my favorites barbell front shrug and smith machine behind shrug) and keep the reps in the 6-10 range for the most part and go as heavy as I can
