Ingredients for making this Thukpa (Noodle Soup) recipe:
1. Thukpa Noodles (or any Chinese Noodles): 700 g
2. Salt: 10 g
3. Onion: 50 g
4. Capsicum: 100 g
5. Cabbage: 100 g
6. Green Onion: 50 g
7. Mustard Oil: 20 g
8. Fresh Coriander: a handful
9. Mushroom: 100 g
10. Red Chilli Powder: 6 g
11. Fresh Chilli: 3 Pieces
12. Ginger Garlic Paste: 25 g
13. Carrot: 50 g
14. Tomato: 150 g
15. Cumin and coriander seed powder: 8 g ( 4 gram each)
16. A lemon (or lime)
