2. Salt - 30 g
3. Cumin seed - 30 g
4. Fennel seeds - 50 g
5. Mustard seed - 120 g
6. Coriander seeds powder - 10 g
7. Red Chilli Powder - 25 g
8. Turmeric powder - 5 g
9. Hing - 2 g

How about using olive oil instead… I know the authentic taste that mustard oil gives can never been replaced but just considering health side as well…. Your methi ko achar must have been ready ti eat already by now❤
Mustard oil is the best healthy oil for food 🍱 but has to be non refined mustard.
