Just a quick tip brother 1. fry your keema first until golden brown and set aside. add the keema later when you done frying the onions and masala. 2. please don't add Indian/Nepali spices to the keema mixture, the taste should come from chilli oil not keema. instead add black or white pepper powder, little bit of msg and salt. the idea is to get flavor from chicken juice that caramelize when browning. 3. when heating oil add coriander and spring oinion or scallion along with whole spices. it gives nice aroma esp from spring onion.
@@Swastika-ku5fb It does, we strain out just like other spices. If you add scallion it gives nice flavor but it's not necessary. I have been making chilli oil for last 5 years and I always add scallion and coriander along with roots, yummy.

This recipe is from a Tibetan sister who sells most demanding keema noodles in Kathmandu and we exactly followed her style. We can modify the recipe according our taste, like I once added onions into chilly oil which made the chilly oil taste like "Pakoda" then I stopped using it. Again Thank you very much for the tip.

Unless you're making flavoured oil, chilli oil doesn't contain spring onion.

Yes Swastika ji ! The main flavor you want in the chili oil is Star Anise, Garlic and Sichuan pepper. but you can modify to your taste.
