thanks for putting ear plugs on your list. As a medical professional, I talk to riders quite frequently about protecting their hearing. Like you, their first response is "but I LIKE the sound my bike makes" When I explain, like you did, that this actually helps you hear more CLEARLY, and you're really just losing the wind noise, which makes all the other sounds better to hear, most people are into it. I even wear special ear plugs at concerts, and you can both FEEL the bass and drums pounding, but you can easily hear your friends next to you since all the crappy other noise is gone. Good vid!
That lock is great but make sure you get the reminder cable. I forgot I had the lock on one night, pushed the bike forward and shattered a $170 carbon fiber front hugger.
man the bag easily wins this, so hard to find one that doesn't sit big and bulky, have just one main storage part instead of multiple, waterproof, and somewhat stylish! mint 👌
5 out of 5 for the list! Every item deserves its place here. Not only at their price points, but each item will definitely make for a better 2 wheels experience. I have 3/5 of the items: disk lock, noise reducing earplugs, chain lube(no degreaser, so 0.5), non-motorcycle backpack(another 0.5). Disk lock gives you that added peace of mind. Earplugs, once you try 'em you'll never go without 'em. The reduction in noise(especially wind noise) is immense and I can't ride without 'em. Chain lube is a no brainer. I use the chain wax type (gold can) and it's a great product. My chain is due for a clean so a degreaser is next on the list. Battery charger, I know all too well about having the battery drained, so definitely adding a charger to the list. For a backpack, I'm currently using the hikers type which is somewhat water-resistant (shell gets wet but water doesn't make it in), but it does get uncomfortable on longer rides. I've been looking at a few motorcycle backpacks and Ogio is on the shortlist.
I'm a recent convert to ear plugs. I've been riding for 3 decades and I'm sure that I've damaged my hearing in that time, so I'm preserving what I have left.
Great vid, especially for the new riders out there. Another thing I'd recommend is a RAM mount for phones (GPS nav FTW) and a rear tire bike stand/lift (makes chain maintenance SO much easier).
1:29 Thieves don't give a fuck if you don't want your bike to get stolen. They know you don't want your bike stolen. What kind of a point is that? I get that the disc lock can be an effective measure but the fact that the thief knows you don't want your bike stolen has absolutely nothing to do with it.
I agree with what you are saying but I think he meant that if a thief goes into a parking lot planning on taking a bike, he will likely choose one that is the easiest to steal so it he notices that you have a lock on it, he might assume that you also have an alarm system on it. Also, if he notices the lock before driving away, it could prevent damage to the bike itself that the lock may cause.
***** Of course that explanation makes sense but how he thought "they know you don't want your bike to get stolen" would be interpreted that way is beyond me.
That disc lock thing is awesome, and making sure you loop that cable around your grips also identifies it to the thieves probably before they see the yellow lock.
Ogio Clutch Backpack! but even if I don't win I'm definitely investing in these products! These videos are so helpful, even though they're not your normal motovlog, I feel like they set you apart from other motovloggers and makes you my easy favorite. Cant wait to see more of this series!
Just a day or so ago my battery died and i was stuck in a parking lot for an hour before I got my heavy ass V-star to roll start! That Battery Tender could have been a life saver! And that ogio backpack is awesome! Iv been using a Nike Backpack and the straps broke. Items aside, I love the top five videos, they are very informative, and you do a great job! keep up the good work :)
Since you say pick "a thing" I'll choose one over the two I really need. Between the earplugs and the battery tender. I choose the battery tender. great video Chase. I'm excited for this season of C2W.
For anyone on a sport bike, tank pads should be on that list as well. They're like big grippy stickers for the sides of the tank that give you much more control and comfort by making it easier to take weight off your wrists. They cost about $50, but are totally worth it.
I tried the dubs acoustic filters and I didn't like them at at. They were very uncomfortable for anything over an hour riding and they didn't really seem to do much for lowering the volume of wind noise in particular. I would love to try out the motorcycle oriented ones and see if they do a better job with wind noise
What I found great for hearing protection are Radianz formable custom ear plugs. They're only around $7. It comes with 2 separate silly putty type pieces. You pull apart half of each piece and work them together till it's one solid color then push it into your ear and form it around. You then let it sit for 10 minutes and presto, you have a perfect fitting custom ear protector. They stay in your ear really well and reduce the noise significantly. They come in a bunch of colors too. I also use them at the gun range in addition to my ear muffs. Awesome product for the price.
Picked up the Nonoise Ear Protection after your video and they are great! I was looking at high end helmets to cut the noise level down but these have done the trick! Thank you!
Another good ear plug is sure fire sonic defenders. I've used these while snowmobiling and they take the wind noise right out. They come with a cord to hold them together, and they fit into your ear as well as ear canal. I use the EP4's and they are only $12
Riding 30 minutes to school everyday, I think I would have a great time with that backpack! BUT for when I have to travel into Atlanta I wouldn't mind that kryptonite lock either. Can't wait to see who wins!
Hi chase I have been riding dirt bikes since I was 5 an I want to get into sport bike riding what do you recommend for my first bike. Thanks for your time
Do you prefer motorex or motul ....i had motorex. it sprays on pretty thick but I always have to wipe down my rims or where ever it gets over spray ...I just ordered the motul lube paste
Those earplugs are pretty sweet. While riding with a 3/4 helmet you get a lot of wind noise and cutting just even a fraction of that down would be great.
I think you did a good job describing some fairly important items here for under $50. especially the cheap but very useful EAR PLUGS! I would love to have these, because I am one of your older subscribers and value my hearing, lol!
I like the bag, small and spacious. But I also like the battery charger. Charges a multitude of things, but takes up a tiny bit of space. When you don't have a garage, but just a storage shed, that makes a difference.
Really nice to see a compact security system. Would be nice to have something that's quick and not hauling a chain around! That would be my pick! Thanks for the info C2W!
I would love to get the disc lock for my FZR 600 :) PS: I'm absolutely LOVING the high quality videos! You have some of the highest quality motovlogs / videos on youtube!
That backpack would be stellar for my trips to college everyday. The one I have now is decent but the straps are finicky and the drags is so immense it seems like I'm carrying a parachute behind my back.
I'd definitely love a bag more oriented for bikes. I almost always ride with a bag carrying a clear visor so I can switch from tinted when it gets dark out. I've noticed every other bag becomes a nice parachute when you try to tuck and haul.
Chase! I've had my c2w red hoodie in my closet for quite some time(didn't wanna ruin it) finally.....yes finally bought my beloved dream xr650r Honda and in process up turning into a sumo! just caught this video and bought everything lol. can't wait to get out on my bike soon as the warp9s get here while rocking my c2w swag! peace brother and have a great day!
I really enjoy these down-to-earth reviews, hope you do some others in the future. If I could have any of the products that you reviewed in this video it would probably be the battery tender. I live in Montana, and a draining battery is a problem in the cold weather.
I'm hoping to get my motorcycle license some time near the beginning of next year. I am still not sure exactly what I should get but man this list helped me out a lot! Thanks!!
Just a noob question, but in place of the ear plugs above, would I be able to use earbuds to listen to music? Nothing loud enough to drown out car horns or sirens, but would they protect my ears better than not wearing any at all? I plan on getting my motorcycle license in a year or two so I'm still learning everything. Thanks in advance.
The OGIO backpack would be my first choice! Could carry some wicked gear with it. Especially at that price point. It looks great! And the no-noise earplugs look good as well. I also hate wearing earplugs. Would like to hear how they feel in your ears. Do you notice them when plugged in?
Hey chase I'm about to get a 2016 r6 in the next month or sooner could you make a video of how to maintenance a bike? Like cleaning maintaining a clean and durable bike? Love your videos on info like in this one!👍🏻
Man, if you like the Ogio Clutch, I think you'd love an Ogio No Drag. I have the Mach 5 and it's by far my favorite backpack for riding purposes or otherwise. So much room and space for extra gear like a visor and shoes.
Mother of God, that production quality.
luv u Walter #nohomo

Hope you guys enjoy this new series!
cool c2w
+chaseontwowheels Very usefull video! Thanks :D
thanks bro
What next a PC build lol.
+Mathew Aswarnauth hehehe
That lock is great but make sure you get the reminder cable. I forgot I had the lock on one night, pushed the bike forward and shattered a $170 carbon fiber front hugger.
William Kayal damn rip
I was wondering what that orange cabke was for 😂😂
Me too
Not sure if it's suggested but maybe something like best 5 mods for a new bike?
+Saajan Chowdhry Tank protector, grip pads, good sliders, axle spindles, slip-on exhaust
+Saajan Chowdhry I think YummiR6 covered that in a video. Just search for Top 5 Mods on his channel
Great idea. I'm getting a bike at the end of the month and Mia definitely need to know what to do first.
Being a new bike owner, they all seem like great accessories. My favorite would be the bike lock. Can't deny that sexy backpack either.
So damn helpful to a new rider!
+Slayte Howe-Watson Glad to hear that man!
Ikr I need this stuff I'm a new rider
man the bag easily wins this, so hard to find one that doesn't sit big and bulky, have just one main storage part instead of multiple, waterproof, and somewhat stylish! mint 👌
Will a helmet fit in the Clutch backpack?
Really doubt it. My helmets barely fit inside a regular jansport backpack, which is bigger
that lock actually looks nice and handy getting a hike soon and still a sophomore dont want to be stolen from xc. your videos are absolutely top
I literally ordered everything here on EBay after watching this😂

Hi Jonathan ;)
Lol
+Motonosity XD
uhm.. Hi '_'
Do I know you ?
the ogio clutch bookbag is definitely a cool item to have and the disc lock is something to use to keep the bike safe
I'm a recent convert to ear plugs. I've been riding for 3 decades and I'm sure that I've damaged my hearing in that time, so I'm preserving what I have left.
That disk lock looks pretty tempting, I'm gonna have to put in for that
that moment when you watch a giveaway video of 2015 in 2016
lol
in 2017
i am watching in 2017 :(
2018
It’s worse when you watch it in 2018
Great vid, especially for the new riders out there. Another thing I'd recommend is a RAM mount for phones (GPS nav FTW) and a rear tire bike stand/lift (makes chain maintenance SO much easier).
hey man this is super helpful you should make another one?
2016 version coming in a few weeks
The Ogio backpack for sure! Would love to have one of these for riding to school and work!
1:29 Thieves don't give a fuck if you don't want your bike to get stolen. They know you don't want your bike stolen. What kind of a point is that? SomeDudeOnline around my area that lock isn't gonna stop anyone stealing a bike js
That backpack and kryptonite locks are legit. I think I'll be getting one of each soon! Thanks for the reviews.
Why you look like your off the goodies tho
Goonies
+Ian Parrott "HEY YOOOO GUYSSSS!!"
That disc lock thing is awesome, and making sure you loop that cable around your grips also identifies it to the thieves probably before they see the yellow lock.
You can buy $5 reusable shooting earplugs if you want an even cheaper option.
Dudeeeee your faceeeeee !
That back pack or the lock would be awesome. I'm just starting to get into riding and tips like these rock.
What the heck.. under $50? The back pack is $80??
_TriGalaxy_ inflation? 😂
Ogio Clutch Backpack! but even if I don't win I'm definitely investing in these products! These videos are so helpful, even though they're not your normal motovlog, I feel like they set you apart from other motovloggers and makes you my easy favorite. Cant wait to see more of this series!
Just got a new chain, that chain cleaning kit looks pretty awesome, if I don't win it... I will for sure be picking it up!
Just a day or so ago my battery died and i was stuck in a parking lot for an hour before I got my heavy ass V-star to roll start! That Battery Tender could have been a life saver! And that ogio backpack is awesome! Iv been using a Nike Backpack and the straps broke. those ear plugs look nice what helped out a daily rider immensely

I can't use anything other than the book bag atm without a bike, so I'd choose the book bag all the way! Nice list Chase!
Picked up the Nonoise Ear Protection after your video and they are great! I was looking at high end helmets to cut the noise level down but these have done the trick! Thank you!

The Ogio backpack would work wonders when I am riding to school!
That Ogio backpack is downright righteous man!! Praise the lawd! I sure do wish to own it one day...
Winning the Ogio Clutch Backpack would be such a help with carrying my books and laptop to school!
I would love that disc lock. I am now putting that on my motorcycle necessities list.
That backpack seems pretty sweet for school, I'd love me one of them!
Getting the clutch backpack would definitely be clutch; especially with college classes!
Riding 30 minutes to school everyday, I think I would have a great time with that backpack! BUT for when I have to travel into Atlanta I wouldn't mind that kryptonite lock either. Can't wait to see who wins!
Love this stuff. That little chainlube is awesome haha. And that backpack looks good for so cheap.
Hi chase I have been riding dirt bikes since I was 5 an I want to get into sport bike riding what do you recommend for my first bike. Thanks for your time
That backpack will help a lot when going back to school!!
Do you prefer motorex or motul ....i had motorex. it sprays on pretty thick but I always have to wipe down my rims or where ever it gets over spray ...I just ordered the motul lube paste

Love the new series!
Got my bike parked on the street all night, the Kryptonite Keeper Disc would sure help me sleep easier!
I like the bag, small and spacious. But I also like the battery charger. Charges a multitude of things, but takes up a tiny bit of space. When you don't have a garage, but just a storage shed, that makes a difference.
I am gonna need a backpack soon as i am getting a motorcycle in a few days and will be riding to school almost everyday, thanks chase
Really nice to see a compact security system. Would be nice to have something that's quick and not hauling a chain around! That would be my pick! Thanks for the info C2W!

I would honestly love that backpack, looks amazing
One of the best videos Chase has ever made!

Ogio backpack ftw. Been looking for something low-profile but can still hold everything I need for work when I commute. By chance, is it waterproof?
That backpack is awesome ! I would love it for rides to school.
That chain lube is great! I have used it on my older bike
I like the backpack most, it's comes in handy for daily riding. Plus it's nice.
Does a slight ringing sound appearing in your ear every now and then a sign of hearing damage?
That Ogio Clutch Backpack looks awesome!
You're awesome C2W!
That Ogio clutch backpack is nice. I could use one of those for school
I'm hoping to get my motorcycle license some time near the beginning of next year. I am still not sure exactly what I should get but man this list helped me out a lot! Thanks!!
I would love the Backpack for books when riding to and back from school!
Do you think the bag is large enough to use for school books in high school. (Lots of books!)?
Can I fit stuff for school into the ogio clutch? I’m a junior in high school and I’m carrying a few books a large binder and a laptop
That clutch backpack looks pretty sweet, wouldn't mind having one chase 😉
Chain Lube!!!...seriously, I could use that or the Battery Tender JR.
Awesome video, as always, Chase.
the OGIO Clutch Backpack sounds great to have and for sure lasts longer than the jansports I owned and also including that ill be riding soon!
Just a noob question, but in place of the ear plugs above, would I be able to use earbuds to listen to music? That Backpack is balling! I love the videos you put out, thanks man!
the chain cleaning and lube kit would be a great prize!
Man, if you like the Ogio Clutch, I think you'd love an Ogio No Drag. I have the Mach 5 and it's by far my favorite backpack for riding purposes or otherwise. So much room and space for extra gear like a visor and shoes.
