Nice collection and video Phil. Cars in packages don't justify them. Enjoy what you have. To each their own. Doesn't make sense being in boxes under your bed collecting dust. It is a different feeling opening them and feeling them and see every detail. People should try it and appreciate it once in a while and they will understand what it's all about. Keep unboxing them. WE love them. You just make us enjoy what you can do and what we don't want to do and I thank you for that.
I actually took a couple days to enjoy this video. As I'm enjoying my collection of 50 plus years I'm actually involving my kids who are in their 30's and 40's. They are actually very supportive as is my wife. Most importantly they see my love and enthusiasm and take my collection as a part of me. My Two grandchildren (boys) have been gradually introduced to this hobby as I'm already setting aside some gems for them to have 😀 like you I'm not interested in selling but will be willing to do some trading in the near future. Thanks Phil for once again sharing!

The garage they are just placed for temporary I am building another wall in the hot wheels room. I will add another 18 large cases, and the 3 drawer storage is all nineties and early 2000 cars I haven't opened yet, but I will when the new wall goes up.
I'm late to this party but, what an incredible collection u have and hopefully 1 day I'll have something similar but I had some questions how many cars do u find in stores versus buying second hand as far as the supers, rth,zamak,red edition, etc. Have u found most of them or do u buy second hand for most. Also, having to spend the money collecting the cars and also buying these beautiful cases. Where do u get these cases. Thanks and what a crazy collection

Those Hot Wheels cars are absolutely lovely. Your display cases appear to be the older ones from the 1990s. They are made out of thicker plastic. NEVER BUY CARNEY DISPLAY CASES! They are cheaply made and are of low quality. I think that the display cases with the white backs are better than the ones with the mirrored backs. You can see the cars better with less distraction. Anyway, I love your collection. I too take most of my Matchbox and Hot Wheels cars out of the package. How else am I going to race them down the track, lol.
I have to shuffle, mainlines go to the displays in the garage for now. I ordered another 4 large carney cases and I will be adding another wall in the room.

I live in a 700 foot condo so the space is limited. I am 64 and will start collecting next week. I will try to buy for starters, the main line cheap cars. If 2 are available, I will open one for hanging on the wall and store one away. I always like to open them as a child. Opening a pack is a-ok to me. I enjoy collecting and not the value.

Yes that is because in the garage is another 50 mustangs, but the garage is a mess so I didn't really show what is in the cases. Updated video to come on a later date

Its crazy to know someone is trying to get 20Gs for it I do see it for 4Gs and 359.00 $ And for 1.99 and up Would like to know whats the true value on it. From greenlight your local diecast shop should have them. I get mine from (passion diecast) but I think they are out for now.
Please do a case by case of what's in the garage and shown what's in the three draw storage container.
