Refering to the wah wah on the Prophet 5 - so THAT's how they made 70s clave sound! Super funky and nice to know how they did that.

@@HiGlowie Hi first of all iam a novice so am still learning. I Have a novation ultranova and a Behringer xenyx 1002 fx input mixer plus a TC electronic flashback pedal, plus all the cables. Iam stuck on how to connect all this together.

I've found that running my synth output into a Reamp box first in the fx chain greatly improves the sound through pedals. A lot of my synths I/O line-level balanced signals and a lot of pedals use instrument-level unbalanced I/O. Some pedals accept both but I find Reamping an easy solution.

Thank you for this demonstration. Would you believe that my mother-in-law throw to the bin my Crybaby Wah Pedal because she thought it was an old and damage pedal of a sewing machine... Now I am crying like a baby...

I've always lusted over synth pedals like the Pigtronix, to use with my bass. Though now that I have a modular synth, I finally don't crave having these pedals 😁

Great sounds! For me personally I would mix some of the OG Prophet sound back in to the Wah/Auto Wah recordings to bring back some bass... but great demo. Plus - everyone knows slippers make everything 22% more Funky!

I have a Boss RV-2 12bit digital Reverb.. Works just as good in 2021..
Knobs are better than buttons!

The 50 and 70 are good and versatile but I'd go with the 550.
