We are close to finalizing this Blue Carrara bathroom and shower remodel. In this episode we install the mitered bench face, quartz bench cap. Drywall sanding and texture gets completed, the shower curb is completed. We grout the shower and install the vanity and custom vanity backsplash.

Denatured alcohol in a spray bottle . Spray that after you run your bead , it dosnt allow silicone to smear to other unwanted surfaces . Dries in a minute or two with no residue . Learned that from commercial glass installers a few years back . Makes caulking a lot easier and cleaner

Nice bathroom! too bad You couldn't set the curb first and had tiled around it, and same thing with the bench/seat. I understand that underneath, the substrate is pitched, but it does help Kick out the water. And especially on either end of the curb, because we all know lots of problems happen there.
Alright. Hear me out. What if you install a nice bathroom. You were already paid 50% of the job. And when you go to collect final payment, the lady of the house offers her services. Do you: 1. Decline and expect full final payment or 2. Say YOLO and have yourself a nice little afternoon?
