Here are a few answers to comments I'm seeing frequently - In regards to evolution - Since PokeJobs don't evolve your Pokemon, you can either take your Pokemon out of the PC, and level it up once or twice normally to evolve it before 100. OR, at level 100, if your Pokemon is capable of evolving but hasn't yet, you can use a rare candy on it to evolve it! (This is new to Pokemon Sword and Shield) In regards to the ranked battle - you can win the ranked battle if you choose, I just run to save time. As for a free method, you can roll the day forward with the max raid battle day glitch (shown in this video - ua-cam.com/video/ITmOH2V15_M/v-deo.html), although since you have to go back and forth to the wild area every time, it is much slower.
So after we run away from the vs ranked battle, we don't have to do that again? Like, are we running away from a vs battle each time, or we just run away once and then we're free to mess with our system settings all we want? until we turn off the game? or... how long does this glitch stay in effect

For anyone seeing this October 2020 , this method currently still works. Response for People asking is it patched after crown tundra update : , I have tried it after the crown tundra update, it still works fine i can confirm it’s not patched.
This still works as of June 2021, although I recommend not losing ranked battles. Simply go into your Y menu, connect to internet, start searching for single link battle, and then once you match with someone and it says “communicating”, press home and enter system settings to toggle on/off airplane mode once. The exploit will then be active.
BE CAREFUL! Make sure that you remove any items your Pokemon are holding. I can't remember if this was mentioned in the video, but after following this method I found that my Pokemon lost their items. I now have a Zacian without Rusted Sword and lost items I bought with BP. If you can help push this up so everyone is aware and don't go through the same thing I did, that would be great! *Update* I hadn't played in 6 months but I started playing again and had my items back. Not sure if this was patched or just corrected itself after some time but it might be okay now
still works march 2022 :) also, if you are worried about changing your time back to normal when you are done, you can go to any dynamax raid happening, press invite players, go back into system settings and re-sync your time. this should ensure time based events dont get soft locked. if you choose just to change back normally, you risk time based events being soft locked for 24-48 hours.
nice to see someone explain this glitch to the community. you can also roll the day forward using max raid battle join glitch and not have to lose a ranked battle. but it adds more time to the overall process.
Yeah, it makes it more than twice as long! I've been playing around with this glitch ever since the first raid date method had come out, but this really makes it stupidly simple :)
You can do this without online just go to any rate begin inviting others while its searching hit the home button go change your day to one day forward then go back in game and back out of the raid the go get the pokemon back from the job
If anyone is wondering it works in July 2021 but I have one mistake that I even made myself don’t save the game until you are finished with the glitch because it will not allow you to access the glitch again

This method totally works OFFLINE and does NOT require ONLINE-services!!!! For day-skipping you do not have to jump in a ranked battle, instead you use Pokemon-Dens to do it, which has several upsides. The method should be known at this point and is even explained in this videos comment-section, but I will go over the steps with some suggestions for time-efficient (and community-friendly) usage: 1. send your pokemon on the jobs, no other steps required before this! 2. Go to the Wild Area and either search for any active den or set one up with a wishing piece (I recommend using a wishing piece, as 3000 Wats should be pocket-money if you already used this glitch; it nets you back the Wats you invested very quickly, since the den will be locked active even if you reset the day and you get 2000 Wats each time you go back to it, therefore go to a main-city-pokecenter that is near to a wild area-entry and make your way to the nearest den to quickly repeat this process, only one wishing piece is needed and you can make an infinte amount of Wats) 3. Search for others in the raid-menu (PLEASE! do this in local-communication, doing it online will fill ppls notifications with raids, that won't be completed and that sucks!) 4. Go to System-Settings and set Day one foward as explained in the video 5. Cancel the raid, this will update any time-related content (such as PokeJob-completion-time; Berry-Trees; den-activity, although wishing piece dens will stay active but the pokemon inside will change; and even things like the Trader-Duo in Stow-on-Side, maybe better known as the 4th Gym-City) 6. Go back to the nearest Pokemon-Center and grab your Mons for the LVL-UP 7. Rinse and repeat until your reach lvl 100 The upside, as already mentioned, is that you do not need Nintendos Online-Service for this, but also that you are farming Wats with it AND you do not bother ppl in Ranked that are looking for a competitive experience. this might not be as relevant for most, but when I started out in ranked, I had a few ppl skoop on me in lower ranks with a random team and it is most likely because of the glitch explained in the video... These wins shape my win/loss-ratio in a way that maybe doesn't even reflect my skill-level and even if that doesn't make sence to you, it bothers me because I wasted a Minute in Team-Preview for nothing...
So just tried it before the battle with the champion and even won my rank battle and did not work today is July 31st 2024 …. Kinda sad wanted to power lvl my party so i can take on the battle champion

Considering this hack now deletes all your pokemon and no longer works. Yes it deletes all of them. They slap you for this. He still has the video up which is sad. This guy is mental to be honest, and needs help.
For those saying the season is over There's still a way to still do this leveling exploit if you're aware of den spamming. So pretty much buy a wishing piece and put one into a den, press "invite others" (make sure it's searching for other people), then change the date and time to one day ahead, and your Poké Job will be completed (Like so everyone else can see)
Hey! Awesome tip! I followed the guidelines and did something not mentioned. I started with ranked battle and ran. Went into poke jobs and selected the job mentioned. Went into system settings to change the time and here is where it got interesting. Turned off sync time, changed the day forward by 1 and minute by 1. I then realized I didn’t back out of the pc. I switched my day and minute back and turned on sync time. I went back in game and was still in poke jobs and the job was complete! I don’t have dlc and I don’t skip any updates. See if this works for you!

Can confirm this still works as of 6/13/2021. I fought the dual cause I feel like quitting is un sportsman like (i lost anyway). After that the exploit worked exactly as described. got my main team from lvl 60 average to lvl 90 average in about 10 mins and i was going slow. Works great for EV training as well.
@@cittogaming4087 it is very important that you not be connected to the internet. Press y and make sure you are not connected. Then open the vs menu and fight a ranked dual. Win or lose afterwards you will be able to manipulate the in game clock. Press home, go to setting, time, make sure the set with internet option is off, then push the clock forward 1 day and 1 min. Open back up the game and all poke jobs should be completed. You only need to do one fight. You can simply keep moving the clock forward after sending your pokemon on jobs. The only time you need to do another dual is if the console goes to sleep or you close the game.
Can you do a video explaining how you can shiny hunt celebi in FRLG? Oddly specific request, I know, but from what I found, theres only one video of it on UA-cam and it's in French. It has something to do with the Pomeg glitch and getting a Celebi egg from the daycare man in the sevii islands.

So I've tested this on 8-20-2022 and it absolutely still works, I don't know why people think it doesnt, I assume they didn't uncheck the "Synchronize Clock ViaInternet" checkbox.
U actually don’t need online u can use the wattz den farm by going to a den with a beam and press invite go to home go to setting and move up a day go back into the game press quit go back and it will say it finished
There is a method where you can go into casual, then when the league cards show up right before the battle, you can go to the home menu and turn on airplane mode from the system settings. This will get the glitch to work as well.

A pretty huge time save on this is doing the time skip right in the middle of the animation. If you go skip the instant Rotom is getting excited, you'll effectively skip the animation and get the 'Complete' status. Also you don't need to change it by a minute. You can just put your day forward two days every time instead. It's faster and it's the same thing really. And of course, you don't actually need to set your time forward to unlock new jobs if you've already been doing the exploit. Just checking the PC again will give you the new jobs.
If by any chance you do not have Switch Online, you can use another day skip glitch (that i think you can find Heatfireash doing in his video for getting a specific TR, and you do not have to use a wishing stone, you can use a normally spawning raid)
When you do the date spoofing thing do you reset after doing it or do you just leave it, and if you do leave it is there any drawbacks from leaving it?

(To be honest, I never had a switch in my life and I'm sticking with my DS) But you know, there is one thing I actually wondering myself. Is it possible to trade a gift pokemon to another game? Like if you trade N's Zorua into Ultra Moon, will it keep the stat and the OT?
i literally just tried this method (current date: july 9th, 2021) and it didn’t work, even after trying it again, saving my progress that time, closing the game, and getting back on. 😕
There’s another method you can do. 1 put your Pokémon in the job, 2 leave the Pokémon center and go to a raid den, 3 open the raid den and press invite others, 4 then move your clock forward a day, 5 go back into the game and go back to the Pokémon center and collect your Pokémon, 6 repeat.
Hey poke tip I found a way to do this without nintendo online, first put your pokemon in a poke job, once your done go to a raid den and it doesn't matter if it's purple or red, then invite others, change the date one day ahead, the go back to the pokejobs and it's done
@@VixYW that would be really cool if they made diamond and pearl remakes for Dialga to do that I think for a outside ability for palkia would be you would be able to create paths to new areas or something like that
This method is completely unnecessary if you're not really interested in leveling any of your Pokémon. Just do the Surprise Trade method to instantly get already powerful Pokémon. I catch the weak Pokémon at the first route, and Surprise Trade them to get better Pokémon. You can also participate in Dynamax Raids which give you Exp. Candy, but I recommend already having level 60 or higher Pokémon but that's just my personal preference. Remember that higher level Pokémon won't listen well unless you have the required gym badge. I literally beat both Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Sword in 2 days with the Surprise Trade method.
Hey I have a question if I forward my console's date by example 4 days to make this glitch work will I be able to return it back to the original date when I'm done? As in, will it mess my game up or anything...?
Welp I did this to the T and when I completed the job my Pokémon are now no longer in the box. I’m guess they’ll be back tomorrow when the job is supposed to actually done.
To make the challenge fair, as a lvl 100 would hit sheer cold more often then not, your mon has to be the same level as his highest level. See for every lvl over the target it adds 1% to the accuracy, and if your lower it will fail, even if it's by 1
Lower the speed using mints, and give it... I think it's called Scope Lens? They boost accuracy if the user moves after the target, so that helps a bit.
So what do you do when your done? Do you save the game in the future? Or do you set clock back to sync and then save the game or what am I missing here I don’t want to get banned for some small glitch

June 4th 2021 still works even if you haven’t gotten your championship title yet. It helped immensely with getting my Pokémon the last hurdle to be able to get to Wyndon to challenge the league

the first time I tried this after I collected my pokemon from the job half of them were missing from my box......thankfully I didnt save and could just close the app and redo it but has anyone else had this issue? i want to level them up quickly but dont want to lose half of my pokemon
I had this issue! But I had random empty spaces all through my boxes, it was a nightmare to find them all again. Best is to put the chosen ones in your first box so they all stay together between jobs
So, when you're finished with this method, if want your Switch date to go back to normal, what's the drawbacks? Returning to the real date causes anything wrong with the game?
Yes, when you are done set the Date to one or two days before to actual date, then change it forward until actual date. Doing so fixes all the timed events. Been doing it since the den’s date glitch and had zero problems.
*you actually can do this without Nintendo switch online, just send your pokemon on the job for a day, and while they are doing that, go to a giantamax den, select play with others without actually playing with others, and while it is waiting, change the time by 1 day, go back to the game, quit the search for others, go back to poke jobs, and it will be finished! (Note: just changing the date by one day does not work.)

Yeah, but most people are dedicated to either singles or doubles, so there’s usually one format that you don’t care to lose in.
You don't even need to lose. You can finish your battle regularly and it works just as fine.

How did you get your Snorlax to learn new moves when it got to lvl 100? I thought they didn't unless you leveled them up again?

Turned off sync time, changed the day forward by 1 and minute by 1. I then realized I didn’t back out of the pc. I switched my day and minute back and turned on sync time. I went back in game and was still in poke jobs and the job was complete!
I don’t have dlc and I don’t skip any updates. See if this works for you!

Still works and it doesn't need to be a ranked battle, casual battle works too but there is a missing part in this guide:
when you surrender the fight and the two portrait screen showing the winner appears you must do this:
1 - turn on airplane mode
2 - return to the game, where a window saying that connection has been lost appears. Do not click anything ( do not click "close" or "detail")
3 - turn airplane mode off
At this point the glitch is on and when you change time (+ 1 day + 1 minute) the 30 Pokémons job will be finished and another one will be ready. You can see that the glitch is working if the screen flickers for a moment when you return to the game.

Can confirm this still works as of 6/13/2021. I fought the dual cause I feel like quitting is un sportsman like (i lost anyway). After that the exploit worked exactly as described. got my main team from lvl 60 average to lvl 90 average in about 10 mins and i was going slow. Works great for EV training as well.

@@cittogaming4087 it is very important that you not be connected to the internet. Press y and make sure you are not connected. Then open the vs menu and fight a ranked dual. Win or lose afterwards you will be able to manipulate the in game clock. Press home, go to setting, time, make sure the set with internet option is off, then push the clock forward 1 day and 1 min. Open back up the game and all poke jobs should be completed. You only need to do one fight. You can simply keep moving the clock forward after sending your pokemon on jobs. The only time you need to do another dual is if the console goes to sleep or you close the game.
Can you do a video explaining how you can shiny hunt celebi in FRLG? Oddly specific request, I know, but from what I found, theres only one video of it on UA-cam and it's in French. It has something to do with the Pomeg glitch and getting a Celebi egg from the daycare man in the sevii islands.

I'm trying to level up my starter to level 100 with the candies gained from Max Raid Battles. It's hard without any Gyms defeated.
So I've tested this on 8-20-2022 and it absolutely still works, I don't know why people think it doesnt, I assume they didn't uncheck the "Synchronize Clock ViaInternet" checkbox.
But can I change the time back to what it originally was after the glitch ?

U actually don’t need online u can use the wattz den farm by going to a den with a beam and press invite go to home go to setting and move up a day go back into the game press quit go back and it will say it finished

There is a method where you can go into casual, then when the league cards show up right before the battle, you can go to the home menu and turn on airplane mode from the system settings. This will get the glitch to work as well.
It's still faster than actually leveling your pokemon in the early games

This was the worst, most unfunny joke i have ever seen
A pretty huge time save on this is doing the time skip right in the middle of the animation. If you go skip the instant Rotom is getting excited, you'll effectively skip the animation and get the 'Complete' status.
Also you don't need to change it by a minute. You can just put your day forward two days every time instead. It's faster and it's the same thing really.
And of course, you don't actually need to set your time forward to unlock new jobs if you've already been doing the exploit. Just checking the PC again will give you the new jobs.
Still works as of today, might be a dumb question but what happens with evolutions and moves??

If by any chance you do not have Switch Online, you can use another day skip glitch (that i think you can find Heatfireash doing in his video for getting a specific TR, and you do not have to use a wishing stone, you can use a normally spawning raid)

There’s another method you can do. 1 put your Pokémon in the job, 2 leave the Pokémon center and go to a raid den, 3 open the raid den and press invite others, 4 then move your clock forward a day, 5 go back into the game and go back to the Pokémon center and collect your Pokémon, 6 repeat.

Hey poke tip I found a way to do this without nintendo online, first put your pokemon in a poke job, once your done go to a raid den and it doesn't matter if it's purple or red, then invite others, change the date one day ahead, the go back to the pokejobs and it's done
The glitch still works but it could get you banned if I remember correctly

This method is completely unnecessary if you're not really interested in leveling any of your Pokémon. Just do the Surprise Trade method to instantly get already powerful Pokémon. I catch the weak Pokémon at the first route, and Surprise Trade them to get better Pokémon. You can also participate in Dynamax Raids which give you Exp. Candy, but I recommend already having level 60 or higher Pokémon but that's just my personal preference. Remember that higher level Pokémon won't listen well unless you have the required gym badge. I literally beat both Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Sword in 2 days with the Surprise Trade method.

Idea: Try to beat Champion Leon using Glalie but only use the “Sheer Cold” move. Sheer cold only has 30 accuracy but is a guaranteed one shot.
To make the challenge fair, as a lvl 100 would hit sheer cold more often then not, your mon has to be the same level as his highest level.
See for every lvl over the target it adds 1% to the accuracy, and if your lower it will fail, even if it's by 1

Lower the speed using mints, and give it... I think it's called Scope Lens? They boost accuracy if the user moves after the target, so that helps a bit.

the first time I tried this after I collected my pokemon from the job half of them were missing from my box......thankfully I didnt save and could just close the app and redo it but has anyone else had this issue? i want to level them up quickly but dont want to lose half of my pokemon
lol figured it out, had empty space in earlier boxes so it sent it to the empty spaces
I had this issue! But I had random empty spaces all through my boxes, it was a nightmare to find them all again. Best is to put the chosen ones in your first box so they all stay together between jobs

Yes, when you are done set the Date to one or two days before to actual date, then change it forward until actual date. Doing so fixes all the timed events. Been doing it since the den’s date glitch and had zero problems.

*you actually can do this without Nintendo switch online, just send your pokemon on the job for a day, and while they are doing that, go to a giantamax den, select play with others without actually playing with others, and while it is waiting, change the time by 1 day, go back to the game, quit the search for others, go back to poke jobs, and it will be finished! (Note: just changing the date by one day does not work.)
