How to Iron delicate chiffon dresses

It appears that you weren't pressing very hard as you ironed, and didn't go over and over the area. I suppose that's important, too. And you pretty much just steamed the bodice, yes? No real ironing up there... fluff the pleats out a little? Thank you for the pillow!
