Im so glad you touched on the whole left/right hand issues.
Im a lefty as well so this is important to me. I was concerned that it would not feel natural to me
So thank you
Nice to see that you own both the Xencelabs tablet and TourBox Elite, which I also have on hand. Perfect Combo 🔥
Agree!
I've been using TourBox for more than a year due to a right hand injury that prevents me using a mouse and I love it. It's a natural fit for me.
Awesome. Agree. Thanks for the comment!
Absolutely brilliant! I want to use this for FCP video editing on my new M3 MAX MaxBook Pro. I don’t use an external mouse so this TourBox will work nicely on the right side of my laptop. It appears the right hand is perfect as the right thumb is perfect for the side button.
I've seen a few reviews of people saying they can edit in premiere pro with just the tourbox. I can't find a video of someone actually setting up hotkeys and then using the box to edit a video though. It seems like no matter what, you're going to have to use the mouse hand in conjunction with the box.
I noticed on your video it looked like you had a capture one setting?? If so, is it for windows or MAC? I am really looking for a set up for Windows and in English. Thanks!
I don’t use capture one but it’s possible that tourbox has a library that works with it.
Tourbox Neo is also good if people don't have the extra money for the Elite.
Absolutely. Still awesome.
Can TourBox use in VR or any Gamer?
I don’t believe so. They are always expanding compatibility. iPad is on their radar at the moment.
Ohhhhh still watching and see you use the XenceLabs tablet!!!! So curious about that. Have been using Wacom tablet for years but the in and out of the connection sometimes drives me crazy. What are your thoughts on it? Do you use the extra little thing as well?
I really like it. The connection has been stable for me and it’s really responsive. I have the quick keys too which is handy but the tablet is the real star. I use the pen tablet small for most work and have it plugged in unless I’m going out somewhere, then I used the dongle and go wireless.
I have the Xencelabs medium bundle and love it! I also use the Tourbox Neo in conjunction with the Xencelabs Quick Keys remote. They compliment each other nicely in my opinion. The quality of the Xencelabs gear is outstanding as is their support should you have questions. The build quality and software for the TourBox is also first rate.
@@billbowman8747 thank you. I actually didn’t find xencelabs support super helpful so returned it. Oh well.
@@lauriewahlig2819 that’s unfortunate. Sorry to hear that. My Xencelabs gear has worked great out of the box and replaced my 10 year old Intuos tablet. I had an issue with pressure sensitivity in Illustrator at one point that turned out to be a conflict with an installed Wacom driver.
@@billbowman8747 I am sure it’s user error as it seems to be a great product. Maybe I will try again next time it is on sale. I am hoping I get my tourbox all set up so between it and my wacom, I am good to go for my photo editing.
