What a ride this was!😍 a full rollercoaster of emotions, we learned a lot doing this series, and still have a lot to learn and change if we were to do a season 2! I loved seeing your vids & your more casual style of play! I started out Team Poxial but when it became clear it was your casual player style vs his min max strats, I began really cheering you on! Your creativity was inspiring & showed how there's never 1 perfect way to play Stardew. I also respected how hard you worked. 🧡 You were both amazing & I hope you guys do more colabs together!

Sharky just saying but that beer strat wasn't dirty or something. It was using a mechanic of the game in a creative way. Esp ok since you asked (kind of) if you could do it. Really cool!

The server held up so well, especially since both of them are on the other side of the word from each other! I can’t even play Stardew Valley co-op without loosing connection every 5 seconds even if my friend is in the same room as me…
Ikr it's my main concern about playing with someone. They pulled it off really well
Honestly it went a lot smoother that we thought it would! Despite some server slip ups here and there haha
I'd like to see one where the competition is money in pocket at the end of 100 days. That would make the choice whether to invest in (eg) buying sprinklers or not, a much more difficult tradeoff.
this must have been a HUGE effort for both of yall, from recording & time zone coordinating & all the editing/voice-over work. hope you're proud of the final results. I had a blast watching! i agree with other comments - a cooperative 200 days sounds so fun :D

I saw your video first Poxial and then watched Sharkey. And I was on the edge of my seat GIGGLING every time he mentions your coop/eggs!! 😂😂😂 and then his POV of being egged was just as hilarious as I had hoped! 😅😊 l😂 loved it! ❤

Congrats to Sharkey. He did a great job. I think you missed out on the tea saplings and later on a bigger field with more sprinklers. The beer thing. Well. In general the reselling thing seemed like an exploit (including tearing down your farms) so I was not a fan (regardless of winner and loser)
But it was a fantastic video to watch.

Yeah I wasn’t a fan of the buying and reselling part. For example, what poxial did with the information was fine in my eyes. But Sharky’s usage was iffy. Did it meet the guidelines they set, yes, but was it a bit off, also yes. He got nearly 1.5 million gold from selling beer. Without that the totals would’ve been much closer. And yeah, it was sad to see all their effort on their farms disappear (especially poxial as his looked nice).
Edit: he also could’ve gained more foraging xp and halted sharky’s progress unintentionally with tea saplings of his own.
I agree. It wasn't cheating, because they did agree to do it, but I just wish they hadn't decided to do that at all. It seemed to negate all the hard work that had been done by both of them. Plus as a viewer, it was definitely way less interesting to see Sharky win like that when he was probably going to win anyway, but more honestly and with a margin more representative of the challenge.
I thought his idea was genius! He worked hard for that win and I give him full credit to that! 💜

Panning with Poxial and Moonlight Jelly cat are two of my favorite things in a Poxial video, and the fact you can share the greatest song ever with friend and competition is wonderful, gg ❤

Loved both perspectives, but gotta say the I loved Pox's supercut a little but more. The sparkle effects and the timing is super funny. Great job to the both of you, it was interesting the entire time from either side.
I feel you with the server struggles, as a fellow Brit playing with someone in Asia it tends to get a little frustrating at times haha but you guys slayed! the 'its got potential' made me giggle I'm very much a planner vs my friend who is all vibes.

The series feels complete now i've watched your perspective, with the fishing almost everyday in spring i thought you were just fishing to get to level 10 then sell all your fish at once but it makes more sense to just get the quick cash for the sprinklers, look forward to a round 2 hopefully in the future 😄😄

I loved this so much! I did have a challenge idea for you: 100 days challenge, both players start with the same amount of money, and that's all you can spend for 99 days, you cannot sell anything until day 100. It would be interesting to see the different money making tactics and how and when each player would spend the money.

I need to run the numbers, but I suspect that buying coffee and shipping triple shot espresso (even with the need to buy a house upgrade) would have earned more than the beer flipping and the beginnings of a gold empire

That last exploit felt like a disservice to both their hardwork for the past 100 in-game days. Poxial tearing his farm down and the lovely pathing just to get an edge on sharkey felt iffy already. Sharkey straight up winning by buying as many beers and then reselling them felt iffy as well.
But still, the idea behind the series is novel and refreshing. More power to you guys.

What was really interesting was Sharky played more of a casual player style while you were hardcore min maxing, yet despite all the hate for it that he got in his comments he still won. I loved seeing the different strats & you were both amazing!!

I feel like technically sharky buying and selling the beer was agreed upon but a bit of an exploit. I think transforming something is well and good.

a really fun idea for a challenge is that who ever has the LEAST amount of money and the worse looking farm would be the winner, like an extreme riches to rags, and each player has 1000000 gol to start with and they cant buy anything

Poxial fan here who watched all this up until the last episode where i saw it from Poxial's POV here. Surprised it was 1. a win for sharky and 2. a win that large. I thought it was kinda odd how much of the game was cut out of the competition, no desert/skull caverns? no access to the forage island? some kind of community chest lockout would have been interesting since they had such interesting rewards you all wouldn't have otherwise even thought about crafting. But what was here was super entertaining above all else. It was hilarious and i'm glad the midnight jellies got it's due. As fun as it was, i'm clamoring for more.
