En ese caso te recomiendo la Chacona HWV 443, también con tema y variaciones; no sé porque es menos famosa que esta pasaccaglia y que la Sarabanda con variaciones, es mucho mejor, te la recomiendo.
Wowww I have never thought an interpretation of a well known piece can be that moving ! I listened my ears fully concentrated It was like listening to something I have never heard before...
Handel and Beethoven are my favorite composers for keys. Handel is also my all time favorite organ player and composer. 2nd CPE Bach, 3rd J. S. Bach, 4th Schubert and 5th Brahms.
most probably if handel would had chance to listen this, he would enjoy it not just with glass of wine, also accompanied with fine cigar ! outstanding performance mr.egarr handel bunu dinleseydi sarabi gec uzerine bir de puro cakardi ))
Lovely interpretation of this suite! unfortunately most people only know it for the Passacaglia due to its use in the film “God Rot Tunbridge Wells!” In which Handel and Scarlatti are rallied against each other in a keyboard contest. Which apparently actually happened, although they tied in real life. They also had a contest for the best organ player, which of course Handel won.
It’s HWV 432. It’s how Handel’s works are catalogued. This is the 432nd piece in the HWV catalogue. Bach’s works are catalogued as BWV, to give another example.
"At the keyboard", but the man is glued to the lid!
blomman43 hahaha nice one!
i'm sure his hands can reach

been trapped there since 08
A tip : watch movies on KaldroStream. Been using them for watching a lot of movies during the lockdown.
Handel rocked! This performance is authentic! And the passacaglia is legendary, one of the best themes and variations I've ever heard.

@Immortal as a true handel fanboi, i think laurence cummings is the best
Whaaaaat THAT WAS THE MOST IMPRESSIVE PASSAGLIA IN G MINOR I'VE EVER HEARD
The most thrilling performance of the Passacaglia that I have ever heard.
I love how harpsichord sounds. Handel's music is amazing. He's is experiencing a lot of deep things

If you play it @ 0.75× speed then you get approximately the same one as how it was played on the show :)

Handel was the Beethoven of Baroque Music.
Weird ordering of preferences. CPE Bach. Really?
@@josephcambron7060 makes me think he doesn’t have ears. Who tf likes cpe Bach more than daddy JS?
It's so emotion and beautiful! I love it!❤

Baby good night
I still think his Couperin is better than his Handel.
the 432 hz is accually off a bit. is this on purpose
tremble 432 per second What does it significance?
The 432 is referring to the catalog number not the Hz. This is probably at 415 Hz which is fairly common for Baroque music.
It’s HWV 432. It’s how Handel’s works are catalogued. This is the 432nd piece in the HWV catalogue. Bach’s works are catalogued as BWV, to give another example.
