And Booza basically the same thing was invented 500 years ago in an eastern pocket of the Mediterranean, encompassing modern-day Lebanon, southern Turkey, Syria and parts of Greece. It was never only Turkish!!!!!
I love everything when it comes to do the Turkish cuisine, the ice-cream is just the best for me the hard texture, it does not melt & most importantly the motivation of these workers to do cool tricks with the ice-cream, it just entertains me & gives me a better feeling while trying this amazing ice-cream!
I love the whole video but I love the absolute last scene (in the extras) where they're ringing everyone's door bell to get to a balcony... Imagine how relaxed and connected they must be in Turkey to feel free to do that... That's what happiness looks like (not collecting stuff miserably in our houses, not sharing with others, like in the west...there are good things in the west, just not that)

I’m Turkish and I could understand what they saying! I went to Turkey on holidays and ate so many ice cream and even in Konya (place in Turkey) and it never melt!
Honestly I love Turkey so much it’s such a beautiful country with amazing food and the ice cream is so much fun I remember going to itsanbul and it’s just so much fun 😂😅

I remember watching the Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory remake and some ot the secret recipes is non-melted ice cream and I thought, "that's doesn't exist". And years later watching these Turkish Ice Cream videos and I was like, "wow, that's does exist"

Ahh I love Maraş so much, believe me it’s godly yummy, in my opinion it’s even better than normal ice cream. And I prefer the original (white) Maraş over the chocolate one. And the people who are selling the ice cream are always so funny and sympathetic! I live in Germany so I don’t eat Maraş unless I visit turkey and I want it so bad rn oof
I’ve been to turkey before and he is right the ice cream there is so unique and it’s also delicious 😋
