My nostalgia was in full effect, yet amplified as I finally got to see Spider-Man 1 & 2 in theaters for the very first time. This is not a review, but a simple reflection of true bliss.

I saw Spider-Man 2 in theaters when I was 10 years old. 2004 was a great year for me, and this movie was the best thing to happen that year. Seeing it again 20 years later (in Long Island mind you) with a fully packed theater was like I was back in 2004. I mean it man. I was grinning and waving my fist at the action scenes, and taking in the emotional scenes more so than I did when I was 10. I can’t wait to catch Spider-Man 3 next week to go back to 2007 for a night.

Only 467 theaters - you'd think they'd do a wide release. I'd say they've learned their lesson with the amount the first 2 made.
