    My routine during night shift:
    Job time: 12am - 8am
    3.30am- sandwich, coffee,
    8am: dry fruits, any fruit, protein bar
    9.30 am - 4.30pm : Sleep
    5.30pm: Oats, Avocado, Apple, Egg omelette, dry fruits
    9pm: Dinner

      I am working in night shift 7pm to 4 am and I go for yoga class 6:30- 7:30 I return home at 8 and I also have hypothyroid.

    I do night shift, but i am facing a issue at i think my stomach level has been deduced, because all time i feel a problem with constipation

      Hey Nikhil, it could be because of lack of water intake or fiber. Do check that.

    Bhai night shift duty BOHAT hard hota hai din nind Puri. Krni hai to khana nhi milta khana Khao to Puri nind nhi milta sharir ki maa behan ho gai hai🙂💯🤦🙍

    My shift from evening 5pm to midnight 2am, I cant understand when to eat food when to eat fruits, pls help, please suggest good time for lunch and dinner and breakfast according to night shift

      Meal one at 3-4pm
      Meal two at 7-8 pm
      Meal three at 11-12 am
      ..
      Plan your snacking as per your need!!
      Sleep at 3-4 am as per your choice! And you are done ✅👍

      This shift is still manageable. Most of the distractions are gone after 5 PM. The most dangerous night shift is in CST hours and when converted to Indian time, it comes at worst hours 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM or 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM. That's a shift which kind of takes a major hit on health.

    Night shift mei inshan adh mara raheta hai. Khane ka jarurat nhi😂. Bas din mei 4 ghanta nind chahiye, jo milta nhi😢 low blood pressure is common after age of 35.
    Upar se Hag ne ka problem alag.

    My husband came late and we most probably do dinner at 11pm and after that i didn’t eat anything till next day i didn’t do breakfast as my dinner was too heavy and i just do lunch next day at 3pm ….. i do it like this because i read somewhere to give a proper gap for digestion…..and i do snacking in evening at 7:30 and do my workout at 9pm …..as my routine is according to my husband’s timming ….plzz guide me i’m doing the right thing .thank you

    I think psychology and mindset matters alot. My shift is 7:30 pm to 4:30 AM. I sleep at 5:30 AM for sure waking up at 12:30 PM. My intermittent fasting window is 8:00 pm to 2:00 pm which means my eating window is 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. I make sure to consume 100 gms protein in 1500 calories, 3 meals. One thing good is during night shift We play table tennis on breaks :) and 1 break like a said for meal. My boss understands my diet regime and he is fine for me taking meal break early.

    I am in continuous night shift for about 11 yrs. Most of the time I have standing and walking vigilance duty at work. Now for last six months I have eczema on legs. Any chance I can get cured. Tried several alopathy and ayurvedic medicines but no improvement. Any diet advice please

    I take care of my diet, but, i cant sleep more than 4 or 5 hours, thats why i always feel like i am a robot, beacause i dont have control over my body. Also, i start feeling dull at the start of the shift and fall asleep during work. What should i do😊

    Plz suggest for example
    :- before going for night shift I can have dinner and have snacks and nuts at work and after coming from work in the morning I can have breakfast like oats an sleep after 2 3 hrs.

    whatever you follow one day you gonna regret it because there are health challenges mostly digestive issues i have been working at night for last 7 years and gut health became so poor because digestive enzymes in our body not that active in night and can't get peaceful sleep like nights have so if there is anyone new who just about to start i would recommend not to do night shifts

      Thanks for your comment. We all wish that we had that liberty to choose. Sometimes people have to do night shifts and they don’t have any other options so we have to make the best out of what we have.

    24 Hours Duty 24 Hours rest wali job hai sir, duty wala din 4 to 5 hours neend hoti hai lekin off ka din body dull rahti hai sir. Acidity problem bhi ho rahi hai.

    Sir how to fix sleep cycle after night shifts where body get used to having staying up throughout the night and sleeping at days, when people are having hard time to reverse unnatural circadian rhythm and sleeping at days as it is night... I name this problem a "chronic night shift induced disturbed circadian rhythm syndrome" please tell me the solution, in next 6 months i am leaving my night shift and seek for day duty job because i don't want risk my health at the cost of paycheck

    Hello sir I am currently Working frm home and my timing are 5 evening to 3 mid night which sometimes extend to 4 by which I wake up next day around 11 to 12 PM and gaining fat day by day as having no exercise at all can you please suggest me how to shedule a healthy timetable adjustable to my job time.

      Hey Sayanti! How are you? Yes, you can have protein bars at night. Just check the sugar content on the back. Indian me, a lot of bars have more sugars than proteins.
