I've tried both and this not the smc reset has worked. The keyboard still doesn't work

So hey, ever ran into a 2009 A1278 that ONLY boots while you keep these keys pressed?
I have one that does, as long as I keep the keys pressed indefinitely the laptop boots all the way to login screen--- but as soon as I let go of those keys the system freezes immediately and the fans spin up to max unless I pull battery or 10 second reset.
Could really use this machine right now. Felt like I got ripped off 400 bucks.

My FaceTime doesn’t work properly after I leave from a zoom call and other video streaming services. How can I fix this?
Sounds like a bug mate. Basically whats happening is the Zoom takes control of the camera then doesnt release that control when finished. Make sure the Zoom is fully closed after use. So that its not sitting minimised but still open as such.
I need some help too. Does this work if you try to reboot in MacOS after you’ve been stuck in windows?

Well I have a MacBook Air that I’ve had since 2019. I used to be able to switch between Mac OS and Windows with ease. No matter what I try, MacOS is stuck in a reboot loop. Does using PRAM work with that issue or is there another way to do it?

Hey if you can read thisss. PLEASEEE DO A YT VIDEO. I have a question about Macbook having a windows 10. Last 3 months ago, When I turned off my macbook while it was in the apple side, and when I turned it on, the only system that I can go is only windows, the Apple side said that it has problems and says that “There was a problem, please wait in a few seconds” somewhat like that. When I waited a few seconds the apple logo showed up ang loaded, but in the halfway load , it crashed and goes to the windows system . Now it is still happening. Do you have a YT Video about this or can you show how to fix this?? Do I need a repair??

The other thing you can try is to power down the mac. Remove the power code. Hold down the power button for 10 seconds. Then plug it back in and turn it on. Is the Mac under warranty ?
@@123myIT I don’t really know what to do, it was fixed the other day, but now, I can’t open it up, it just goes into MacBook recovery, and if it opens up the MacBook, right as we delete something, the MacBook just restarts itself, please help

I tried to do this but didnt hear the start up sound a second time

@@123myIT I didn't hear the start up a second time but mine worked and it restored the internal speaker audio.
My screen doesn't turn on and it has three beeping sounds
Could be a hardware issues mate. Memory problem. Try removing power cable. Hold down the power button with power cable removed and hold the power button down for 20 seconds. Then replace the power cable and turn the Mac on again?

@@123myIT thank you for your reply but the problem I’m trying to fix is that my left shift key, ctrl key and alt key not working. Resetting the SMC needs these to work to carry out the process. So I’m kind of stuck 😅

Didn't work. I need to throw this thing away. Nothing is bringing back my OS X System. And that was Apple's solution. It's a trashed computer now. It's worthless. This did NOT work.

doesn't do it, it just starts the os like normal. The last updated really messed up the resolution, it cuts off 20% of the bottom of the screen.
