Rocket League mechanics have developed and elevated so much over the years. There have been so many incredible moments where Rocket League pros score a new mechanic for the entire world to see. I chose 5 of my favorites to showcase today. These are 5 Times Rocket League Pros Scored New Mechanics.

There are so many legendary moments in Rocket League history. Each moment with their own incredible details that make them so special. They all deserve the spotlight, but today, I chose 5 of my favorites to share. Specifically, these are 5 times Rocket League pros scored new mechanics. The first time certain Rocket League mechanics were scored in the RLCS. Flip resets, pinches, psychos, etc. These are insanely difficult mechanics that professional players still find a way to score even against the best defenders in the world.

Great video! For kuxir's pinch, that was the first time he scored it in RLCS, but the first one recorded was in a 1v1 showmatch from 2016. He continued to go for those shots whenever he could against pros, being the only one capable of sending that ball on target from there, and he eventually scored that banger in S4, one of the most famous goals in RLCS history. But for the people who saw him play, that shot had been a trademark of him for a year

Yesterday, Atow scored a flipreset ground pinch, i dont know if there has been a goal like that in RLCS, probably, but it was just beautiful....
impressive by common standards but as for freestyle difficulty it is a relatively easy shot

Only thing I wanted to ask was what about pogo's, and ceiling shots? There's also the new combo stuff like the Zen/Vitality play. Then again, I guess you could really get into the weeds there if you really wanted to and I'm sure you just wanted to keep this as a short video. Thanks again. as someone who enjoys watching rocket league but has never played, this was both informative and entertaining. I really appreciate the slow motion breakdowns being followed by the announcers reaction. Gave me enough time on that last one to see him do the thing, then realize the ball's trajectory and go "oh my god, oh no, oh no". Like the same emotion I get when a Chicago Cubs player loses a fly ball in the sun with the bases loaded.
This is why I love wayton. His video's are so detailed and cinematic it's always so enjoyable to watch. Keep up the good work

I was expecting a chain dash from Toxiic on the goal wall, but I'm glad he didn't do one. His arrival at the ball was so perfectly timed.
Psyonix need to add a goal explosion with Shogun exploding out of the goals screaming "This is Rocket league!". Must be done. And a muffin popping out the goals. Johnnyboii's nose, with some cool quote of his in his voice 😅 must be a few more decent 'tribute' items to add too.

Is that really the first goal-post pinch scored in rlcs? I had seen gifs of it in competitive since very early in the game's history, crazy to think it wasn't until just now someone scored in the rlcs.

I would also like to point out the most recent RLCS major gentlemates in game 7 hit the the first 125+ ground pinch against the falcons which would make a worlds first 125 ground pinch but some have been used in older seasons like so everyone knows.

With waytons style of videos, you would think he would be much more popular, like in the race with musty and sunless, maybe try doing like a competition type thing but use a cinematic editing style.
