Can you make a video on your 20x20 ? I have cheap pole tents and I’m hoping to get 4 new high peak 20x20 tent like the ones you have. So I can make my options of size tents and do different size parry’s.

I just purchased 3 20x40ft and 2 20x20ft high peak tents. My business partner thinks we should have purchased 20x40 frame tents instead. Which type of tent do you book the most? Am I going to be missing out on a lot of potential bookings by not having frame tents yet?

ATM I feel with me doing 0-4 day
Most people will just hire it out for the 0-4 days limiting amount of customers I could book through a weekend.
My idea is to keep my prices as it’s cheap atm
But move it to 24 hour hire
Then do % increase for 48 hour hire
And etc etc

When you rent out the popcorn or cotton candy machine, do you also have an attendant that works the party?
Not normally. We will do anything but any special requests will have an abnormally high ticket price due to having to bring in extra hands to complete the task. We have so much going on that it would be a waste of resources to have services attached to the items other than tent setups, tradeshows and other offerings that we are structured to accommodate.
A Facebook group would be better.
