I’ve never pitched one and I’m nervous about it but I’m going to do it thou. Btw I enjoyed the webinar very informative. I did look up the book and plan to purchase it tonight and begin listening. Liability Waiver, terms & conditions agreement, and our payment processor is able to pull funds in the case of damage. If your payment processor isn’t able to pull & from a card on file, you should take a deposit or obtain card info.
This is amazing. Do these glamping tents book to people on Airbnb and Hipcamp as well? Or are they just used by the family who owns the backyard to use for themselves? Also, what about utilities...water, power, sewer?
I love this idea! So how much do you charge per night for something like this? i’m assuming the more nights they rent the better the deal as that would keep you from doing a lot of put together and take apart work back to back. None of the links that you provided are working btw
I Started charging about $300/night now it’s up to $500+. Pricing and discounts really depend on the event. Location, amount of tents, length of rental, season.
Hey Christian! What do you mean by business system? Social media (Instagram/Facebook) is a great way to get the word out for free (or cheap). Local events are also a way to be able to showcase the service and get face time with people.

It's for private family backyards.
We don’t rent to people on Hipcamp. We do however find properties to host our events and for clients.

Social media 100%!!!!! Word of mouth has been huge for us too. Get in contact with local news/magazines can help too
Ohh I would been to outsource de delivery and pickup. Because I have an small car ... maybe still profitable?
Sure! Make sure to factor in cost of the labor/vehicle use into your price.
