    I will say, the white bounce houses are a pain, but ours are rented every weekend still. I’m ready for people to not want it anymore. Our black blow up night club is a hit. It has windows for venting. It’s really cool.

      We Imagine it’s difficult having to maintain the pristine appearance of those white bounce houses week after week. Do you find that the black blow-up night club goes out for rentals on a weekly basis, and could you shed some light on how the anchoring process works for it?
      I appreciate the valuable insights, Cyndi. Can you also share the return on investment for both the white bounce houses and the black blow-up night club per rental, in terms of percentage gains? It's very interesting to hear about your experiences with these rentals.

      @@therentalsboyz it’s very difficult, we clean them immediately after each use to keep them clean and sanitized. It’s a beating however, the white bounce houses paid for themselves very fast. One in 6 weeks and one in 8 weeks and we’ve had them over a year. We took the trio white bounce house (ball pit, slide, bounce house) off the website last week to see how are sales do without it. We have a black one as well that one doesn’t do well at all because it becomes sooo hot in the summer. The black one only goes out in the cooler months. That is one of those items I regret buying. Although the black cube is a hit, we did see the rentals slow in July, August, September. We have rentals already on the books for it in October- February. The cube paid for itself right away as well. Bought the cube in March and it was already paid for by May. The anchoring has never been an issue, we treat it like a bounce house. We use king stakes and black weights on top. We make it a package deal with a fog machine and rave lights and it’s a hit.

      6 week and 8 week are good return. Do you believe the black bounce house would just be better for northern states?

    • @CyndiMoncada
      @CyndiMoncada 11 місяців тому +1

      @@therentalsboyz yes, I would stay away from the black bounce house in hot states like Texas. We’ve had ours over a year and it still hasn’t paid for itself. 🥺 it’s only been rented a few times in cooler months. Even when getting it inspected, the inspector couldn’t even touch it because it got so hot.

    So when you subrent the bathroom trailers or other items, do you tell the company you’re subrenting from? And when you subrent, do you put your personal names down as the renter? Doesn’t that make you liable if something were to break or go wrong?

    • @therentalsboyz

      Yes, we do let the company know. We have a contract. The company name. But we have a contract with our leaser too.

    • @AthleteEconomy
      @AthleteEconomy 11 місяців тому +1

      @@therentalsboyz simply drawing inspiration from the top podcasters, I would say on the right side of the door (so that it is in 2 frames, the one one with the two of you and the zoomed in frame), or left corner under the ice machine?, same reason. And if you are not that great at keeping plants alive, I would recommend a fake one.... As to what plant, toats up to your preference. Something large enough like a Plantimex Areca Bamboo that is visible.

      Hi @stevenv5699, the first step would be to do market research, and it would largely depend on what's currently trending in the area. We have a short video on this topic that you may want to check out, here's the link ua-cam.com/video/5S5Ywb4-J3E/v-deo.html

      I have pictures of course in use.. it has some rings and straps could use to anchor.. I wouldn’t trust on the windier days here in Texas.
