Love if man. Great rig. I know the struggle adding more and more parts to the rig sometimes end up having more fun modding then rig and spend less time racing ahah.
Thanks, mate! Yep, I actually do not have much play hours last year, mostly was rebuilding the rig - it was completely overhauled last three months and I am heading to yet again almost full rebuild soon to add surge and TL 🤪
have been visiting your channel from time to time but subscribed now :) The rig is great, I love the moving pieces for the monitor stand and the pedals. You definitely like colours. Myself, I prefer to keep it in black and have only limited colours (belt, steering wheel quick release, pedals). But hey - the colours are much subjective matter. How is this open PC solution going for you in terms of dust? I have mine in an ugly desktop tower and have been contemplating something similar like you but the dust is my main concern
Thanks, mate! I like it very much, price-performance ratio is hard to beat. There are some better options, but much pricier (d-box). Paired with Thanos controller and SRS software this is also great and easy to extend with surge and TL.
i got this video in my recommended feed.... im not easily impressed, but this is the only rig online that got me smiled. i mean its not necessary to move the pedals like that, although that impressed me the most along with the monitors. awesome work :) btw how are all those shakers shaking the rest of the room, apartment, house? would you recommended for someone who lives in the apartment building if those would be dampened with some springs? also, nice collection of model cars, plastic kits? lp iz slo
Thanks, mate! The bass shakers if properly isolated (i.e. seat and pedal box on dampers) are driven at lower volume and vibrations do not move to the frame, they stay in the seat/pedal plate. Before motion I also had industrial heavy machinery levelling feet which isolate all the vibrations. All of this is on top of laminate with isolation + gaming carpet. If done properly you should be fine. I am lucky as nobody sleeps in the room below, on the side as well - asked the neighbour - he cannot hear it. Seatmover is rather quiet and i operate it at about 75% level, everything else is quite savage. The RS Mega motion seems quiet enough if you dial it down, I will further be isolating the feet more. Most of the noise comes from the belt tensioner motors and other equipment banging on seat when moving. And yes, these are plastic kits, another hobby. Made about 30, have 47 more kits which who knows when I will get to if at all ;) LP i tebi ;P
@@57uyo the plastic models i wanted to buy some time ago, i still have Cobra car 10years in a box waiting for me to start. but i wanted to get legendary cars and have them on shelf like you do :) that ae86 initial d and celica and so on. very nice!! yeah i would love to see your side of isolating vibrations like a guide or something, i think this is the most important thing which no one covers. i saw your webpage and the review of the inducers. very nice.... after all this i might really buy some :)

Was thinking about it, especially with static monitors, but open top does not bother me. Also a canopy will close out the space and it would look too much in the living room. Some day maybe with a rollcage when sim is moved to dedicated room…
I didn't think the rig could hold the weight of three monitors.. very neat u have it on actuators to power the adjustments. Also like that inverted pedal tray
What you did for the monitor stands is pure genius.
Thanks, mate! Works well, but i will upgrade to linear rails on the vertical as well - too much weight from monitors

Awesome rig! There is so much love to detail in your rig, I thoroughly enjoyed this walkthrough
Thanks, mate! Making it is more hobby for me than the driving itself ;)
Feliz año nuevo...
Happy jew year to you too, mate! 🍻
you are very talented. great job.
Thanks, mate!
Awesome rig. Keep it up.
Nice job !! 😎

How did you mount the monitors ?? Can you share a picture please
Hi, Great set up how are you finding the rs mega + motion as I'm looking at ordering one in the next couple of weeks !

How many bass shakers are too much? -yes
Do you have more info on how you built the monitor stand with the actuators?
Will take me some time to document and edit the video, but I shot all of the assembly
@@57uyo looking forward to it!
Wahou !
Hi do you have a video about the pedal moving ?
I shot it, but no time to finish editing. Will be uploaded as project with more details on my website too…
@57uyo also the system that moves the monitors? thats also interesting as well. by the way, your rig is sick :D
@@hishams89 thanks! For the monitor I have to give you exactly the same answer ;)
what is the product that holds your keyboard?
It is a VESA monitor mount with some custom made holder with 3D parts. There is whole video on my channel.
do u ever plan to do a canopy

If you did do a canopy would u just use thick foam board and tape?
@@Bowl.noodle Before i was with three onboard on rig, right, it was very stable even with motion (they were properly stabilised on bottom/back)
@@57uyo what material did u use to stabilize?
😍😎👌👏👍
Wow….
Too much unnecessary stuff for sim racing and If you put the same effort of making stuff in practising, you would become a better driver…
There are faster people with gamepads out there, but this is not the point, especially here 🤪
