I also played a lot of Halo. I always invert my joystick. Nice addition.

@@RhinoCameraGear So why do you charge $3500 + taxes for RHINO ARC II but can't make an android app?

I’m using the arc ii with the 24” carbon fiber rails, and I have it set up to motor left side. When I calibrate, i have the sled in the center of the slider, and when I activate the calibration, it jolts everything about 2” to the right and then says successful. That 2” is now the farthest I can move it to the right, ignoring the whole right side of the slider. So I’m effectively only getting 12” of movement on the slider. To bypass this I set the sled nearly far right on the slider, and then calibrate. That’s the only way to get full length of slider. Is there something I’m doing wrong?

Yes, they are set to motor left. I have since tried it motor right (and changed that setting accordingly), and same issue. Taking everything apart (sled and belt), it seems like the belt doesn’t move as smooth as it should. Watching it wrap around the pulley on the end, it doesn’t always go seamlessly, bulging a little bit in certain places on the belt. I have fixed some of my issues with balancing and trying lighter lenses to match my light camera body, but I still feel it should smoother and not stutter (as if temporarily getting hung up) when sliding. Moving sled on rails without belt is fine, not an issue with the sled or that track. I think it has something to do with the belt.

Sounds good, but it’s still stuttering, and I’ve made all kinds of adjustments to compensate. (Tightening the end above the pulley like a tip on the website recommended, adjusting the tension knob on the belt). Just can’t get it to run smooth.
