I frankly don't know what this video should be called. The start sequence is a segment from neonvisual's Peter Capaldi 2013 title sequence, but everything else from there is just vortex... so... here you go? xD This is not for reupload! You may, however, modify it. REMEMBER to give credit, please? These things are hard to make.
