Weekend hunt for a flaky cronut and Shoppers Collossal Donuts!
The Collossal Donut is not looking so might these days. But it's still good and we happily make the trek to Alexandria to see what's on the bakery shelf at the last remaining Shoppers in Northern Virginia.
Hopefully, the custard filled varieties are were just temporarily absent. I'd also love to see chopped peanuts return as a topping on their chocolate and caramel glazed donuts!

YES! A credit to your knowledge of food minutiae! Susan also wonders who thought to check there for Raspberry flavor enhancers! I can imagine some food chemist drinking a raspberry iced tea and thinking "Hmmm. Some Beaver butt juice will make this taste sooooo much better!" Thanks for supporting our channel. -Bill and Susan

Congrats on 600! I'm considering a comparison of donuts size/price/quality. As noted in my video, I think Colossal, no so accurate anymore. Thanks for sharing! -Bill
