Hello Bill . . . . those fried catfish filets look absolutely amazing . . . even before you mentioned it, i was already thinking how good they would be on a hoagie roll with tartar sauce and some rings of raw onion . . . that's the way my favorite barbecue joint makes their fried catfish subs . . . they also make a great mac and cheese using white cheddar sauce . . . it's a terrific side to go along with their catfish - - my usual order is 2 or 3 pieces of fried catfish, fried okra, mac and cheese, texas toast, and sweet tea . . . now that's some good eating . . . say "hello" to Susan . . . . . ya'll have a good week !!!!!!!!!!!! . . . . . . .
