You'll be surprised at how many cartoon makers and voice actors actually have Jewish heritage; Alex Hirsch and Rebecca Sugar would come in mind.

Grey has had so many wonderful roles under her belt: Vicky, Tootie, Daphne, Mandy, and of course Princess Azaula the silver tongued, psycho-manipulative daughter of Ozai.

Oh my gosh. This woman is practically a good portion of my child good. I didn’t even realize that most of my favorite characters were voiced by her.
I loved her in The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy as a kid. Even if her character Mandy, was somebody you wanted to strangle sometimes.

I gotta tell ya, just recently watched ATLA, there was a baby crying in one of the episode and i thought that voice actor is tara strong, then i found out Grey did baby crying voice in this video and I find it similar to Tara's crying baby voice. So yeah, their voice kinda are similar in some situation.
they both have a weird throaty high pitched baby voice tthing they can do, I wouldn't be surprised if she taught it to Tara during Rugrats.
They were both in Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker, one doing a Nicaraguan character and the other a Costa Rican (albeit fake). Their hispanic performances were top notch.

10:56-11:08 Speaking of Cree Summer, what's Valerie Gray speaking there? Grey never voiced her in these scenes.
According to multiple sources... that was Grey. IMDB and Behind the Voice Actors said it was Grey for that episode.
You could have replaced Cree's Valerie scenes from "Shades of Gray" with those from "Parental Bonding"; Grey voiced her there and she sounded different.

Grey DeLisle, Mark Hamill, Yuri Lowenthal, Tara Strong, Phil Lamar, and Cree Summer are the most recognizable voices in voice acting to me. They literally make up the bulk of my childhood. If there’s an animated series that I loved growing up, chances are that one or more of them were in the show at least at one time. I didn’t even realize some of these characters were Grey. They only add more to a show whether it’s good or bad.
She's definitely up there with Mel Blanc. They're practically voice over royalty.
In Danny Phantom, in the episode they were showing clips from, “Shades of Gray”, Valerie’s voice was switched from Grey to Cree Summer, so she only voiced Sam in that episode.

She was also the voice of Captain Redd (aka the Redhead) for the Disney ride, "Pirates of the Caribbean". Her lines would also be in Rare's pirate game, "Sea of Thieves", as part of a collaboration with Disney to incorporate the ride and the film franchise ("A Pirate's Life").

Story Time:
I met her in real life at a convention in spring 2020 (before covid hit USA).
She took pictures with my best friend, and my girlfriend, and I. She talked with us a lot and she signed an autograph for me too.
She was not snobby or anything, and she was one of the sweetest and kindest voice actors I've ever met in my life.
