I made this ring for my daughter, using light gray cat-eye beads and silver colored copper wire. (* coat the inside with clear nail polish to avoid tarnish 😉) She loves it! I was requested to make another one for one of her friends as a going away gift. This is a pretty simple yet elegant ring!
Thank you for all your hard work and sharing! I make mostly necklaces, earrings and bracelets but have never attempted a ring....your demonstration and teaching will allow me to do so!!! Beautiful work and perfect video!!! Thank you for beautiful designs and work!
I love your ring design and thank you so much for the tutorial. After many attempts and much wire, it occurred to me that wrapping the beads first makes easy work of mandrel spacing.
I never say weird stuff(like this) But if I listen to this video and zone out I start hearing the voice of an old British lady (Hype Manning) your narration Like "Say n'mær Luv" and "G'won now, tha's it" But it's never the same, and if I'm watching for it, it doesn't happen....😮

Beautiful ring! I’m going to try to make one in my country’s flag colors 🇮🇪. But a tip: I’ll loosely tie 5 pieces of wool threat between the 3 beads and beside them when I’ll adjust the size, so they won’t slide toward each other. After measuring simply remove the wool. Wish me luck! 🍀
That is very lovely! 💕💕💕 Thanks for the tutorial. I'm a newbie to wire jewelry and can hardly wait to get more practice so I can try this. Thanks so much for sharing!!! 😃 EDIT: I got my beads today and can hardly wait to try this. Thanks for the tutorial! ☺
I don't know how it will turn out but I started working on 2 rings and I found it easier (for me) to shape my wire first and then thread the beads onto the wire. Gently bending one of the tails over also helps the beads stay in place but not sure it will make weaving as easy as shown in the video. This is my first time ever weaving wire so I'll find out soon enough! 😀 I feel I've learned so much from all your tutorials. All your work is lovely and the time you take showing how to make things is most appreciated! 💞 UPDATE: My wire weaving was a total fail! LOL! However, I modified the design and it turned out well. 😃
I'm wondering if it's possible to thread the beads, do the weaving, then shape the wires around the mandrel after🤔. I'm thinking she would have done it if possible, but I think I will try it.🤷♀️
Watching your work is very refreshing. It seems to me that most tutorials are the exact same basic copycat designs, just with different people showing how. Not the case with your stray from the herd choices. Your videos are inspiring. Thanks.
Such a lovely ring! I do like how you give little tips that have a major impact to the finished ring. You take your time with the creation and it shows in a superb way. Thank you for this wonderful tutorial!
I finally got to try this! Mine ain't so good because I have the wrong wire. I could just imaginge how nice it would be to have it done right with the right tools! TFS🤗 😘
I love to watch you play with your wire, you're absolutely amazing everything you make is so pretty. I'm afraid wire is not for me, I would have the wire going everywhere but where it should go. I want to wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
Really pretty ring design. Bet stacking several in a variety of colors would be really pretty too. Gonna try this with cheap wire and beads to practice before trying with better wire and beads. Not sure if I'll be able to do this with my arthritic hands. Seems to take a bit more dexterity than some of your designs. But I love your designs. They are so much more finished looking than many other tutorials I seen by other instructors. Your verbal and close up video shots make everything seem easy. Questions: At the end, when wrapping the weaving wire, why not wrap all 4 wires at the same time on each side, yet still doing the 1 extra wrap to secure the ends? Does the ring wire end cover the beginning and the ends of the weaving wires?
love your channel and have made many of your items..if i could make 1 suggestion?..when your working with light colored items a darker background and visa versa would be very helpful to me as i am color blind and have a super hard time seeing what your dong...thanks so much
I love your tutorials - you're so easy to follow. Thank you so much for all your beautiful crafts and designs. Is there anyway you could do an adjustable herringbone ring? I saw one a long time ago but it seems to be gone now :). Thanks if you can xx
Think you so much for your tutorials and giving permission to use your designs! People have started asking me to sell some pieces I've made and asked if I create certain styles for them, I didn't even think of any legal problems or even moral repercussions of using someone else's design for profit! Don't worry I definitely won't be selling commercially or whole sale, just a couple pieces to friends and family! Thanks again your videos are very helpful!
in the beginning to make it easier on you run a thread through the beads before you put them on the wire tied loose so they move around less after you shape the wire snip the thread and pull out.
Hi CSLdesingns, I love all of your designs. I would like to make a "Wedding band", for my husband. I like the weaving designs! I wondered if you used 4 wires as a base wire, & 2 weaving wires, would it work? I want it 1/4 inches, I don't know what the cm or mm is? I like this ring! Thanks, Francine
Hi can you tell me what size are the beads you use in this video to make the ring please. allso can you tell me the best place to buy the wire in the rounds like the ones you use please thank you.
