Save your saw blades and wheel tires from undue wear and rattle.
I ran into 3 issues with this but was able to resolve them.
* * * * 09-16-2022 UPDATE on the Blade Tension Lever Issue. Issue #3
I found that the thin blades, 3/16 and 1/4", were the ones that cause restriction. The 3/8 and 1/2" blades worked fine with getting the lever to the 3rd tension position. I found the thinner blades were 1/4" short of 105" and the wider blades were 1/2" longer than 105". Overall they're 3/4" longer than the thinner blades. Seems that made enough difference to make it difficult for the thinner blades. I am working with Carter on that. It's a blade issue, not a Quick Release issue.

@8:56 When you slide the new spring and square nut back in, the nut fits nicely in place.. On mine the original spring seems to be longer and no matter what I try, I can't get the square nut to fit.. I've ordered a new spring and I am hoping that fixes the problem.. Thanks

Install square to the saddle, not level. I can just see someone pulling out a torpedo level. Lol
